Dit superieur resort heeft een privéstrand en een zwemgedeelte met visueel spektakel op de oceaan. Het bevindt zich aan een betoverende lagune, die omringd wordt door koraalriffen. Het bistro biedt visueel spektakel op de oceaan, Zuid-Pacifische gerechten en een goed gevulde bar. In de meeste gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en ruime kamers is WiFi beschikbaar. Gasten kunnen ontwellnesnnen in een hangmat, kajakken naar het rif of profiteren van een cocktail op het privéstrand. Er kunnen eveneens lagunetours naar het eiland Manono en het eiland Bat worden geregeld. Het buitenzwembad wordt omgeven door een groot zonneterras met ligstoelen en biedt een bewonderenswaardig adembenemend uitzicht over de oceaan. Alle knusse nesten van het Le Vasa Resort beschikken over een plafondventilator, airconditioning en een eigen badkamer, waarvan de meeste met warm water. De koelkast op de kamer wordt elke dag gevuld met gratis flessen water. Het openluchteetcafé, Cocolini's by the Sea, biedt horizon op de geweldige zonsondergang en serveert verse zeevruchten en sea breezes. De Ugly Mermaid Bar serveert cocktails bij het buitenzwembad en lichte maaltijden. Le Vasa Resort is pas gebouwd in 2008 en ligt in Cape Fatuosofia, op het westelijke puntje van Upolu. De internationale luchthaven Faleolo ligt op 10 minuten rijden.

"Prachtige ligging op het puntje van de westkust, met bungalows (fales) aan de oceaan. Prima restaurant, heerlijk zwembad en fantastisch personeel."
"De standaard bungalow is erg eenvoudig en de douche en toilet zijn met een afstapje te bereiken, wat ‘s nachts gevaarlijke situaties op kan leveren."

"Wat tegen viel was dat je een serieuze klacht hebt over het belasten van je creditcard in Samoan Tala nadat je geboekt hebt, terwijl je geboekt hebt in US$. De betaling is non refundable en dus zit je volledig klem. Je betaald daardoor in €'s 10% meer dan wat je hebt goedgekeurd via Booking.com. Bij beide partijen vang je bot. Schandalig! Daarnaast kun je er helaas niet snorkelen of duiken. Hiervoor moet je naar de andere kant van het eiland of naar het naastgelegen eiland. Je zit ver van Apia af, dus taxi of auto huren als je wat wilt zien."

"Cooked breakfast was superb especially the poached eggs done to perfection every time. The basic was good when you have the samoan style cereal like koko rice etc. Both two nights dinner was fantastic and the cheese cakes maybe too rich for our liking but still lovely."
