The bathroom and rooms are to far apart

"Train station is 5 minute walk from the villa, handy to travel the local area. Shops and restaurants are plentiful within 15 minute walk. Local beach within 10 minutes walk. Bike hire available from a 10 minute walk from the villa, with an excellent bike route around Balaton."

Train track runs close to the rear of the property, so can be noisy as they pass

bij aankomst alles afgesloten en geen indicatie of we op de juiste plek waren, geen bel noch naam op hotel. afgelegen en vrij moeilijk bereikbaar. we waren de enige gasten en er werd aan een andere huisje gewerkt. Er is geen standaard ontbijt, kan wel aangevraagd worden.

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

"Location was perfect, in between two resorts for lovely Spa treatments and excellent dining. Hanna was very helpful with our requests, even dropping off a cake tin so I could make a birthday cake. The complimentary treats were a lovely surprise. We will definitely return. Fa'afetai."

"Big spacious villa with a great view. It had a well equiped kitchen, great pool which is cleaned once a week. The owner is very kind and informative."

"Hygiënisch, vriendelijke eigenaar en een goede prijs"

"La casa superó con creces nuestras expectativas, estaba muy equipada en todos los aspectos lo que hizo nuestra estancia mucho más fácil. Mantas, toallas,.. todo muy bien organizado en las habitaciones. El sótano muy acogedor para realizar celebraciones o reuniones de amigos."

"Đầu tiên là chủ nhà rất lịch sự, chủ động liên lạc với khách và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, giới thiệu Villa, chị quản lý cũng vui vẻ hỗ trợ dọn dẹp và check-in sớm. Villa có 9 phòng gồm đủ loại gồm phòng 3 giường lớn, 2 giường lớn và 1 giường lớn, hồ bơi, bàn billiards, karaoke, khu bếp với đầy đủ dụng cụ bếp. Cảm ơn Ông Chủ và Chị Quản Lý, nếu có dịp sẽ quay lại và giới thiệu bạn bè!"

"Everything was just beautiful. We had hot weather but it was cool inside and the pool was great. Thé location was close to Normanville for morning swims. We loved the surrounding gardens and eating outside under the grapevines. Everything was good quality and well thought out. It was friendly and relaxing. We loved the personal art and objects collection around the house and the way it was so carefully restored. It was a privilege to be able to stay there with our friends from Sweden who also loved the experience."

"The host -Dumisa was very friendly and even though we had issues at the boarder he waited for us to arrive very late at night and escorted us to the place. The house was spacious, clean and good value for money."
