"Heel groot appartement om heerlijk te chillen als je thuiskomt, heel ruim met twee slaapkamers en twee grote badkamers. De bedden zijn heerlijk en als je iets nodig heb kun je het beneden zo bij de receptie vragen. De locatie is geweldig, je loopt de deur uit en er zijn overal restaurantjes en de grote drukke straat is 2 min lopen, kortom geweldig appartement!!"

"De ruimte van het appartement en de ligging. De vloerverwarming was ook super. Bedden waren goed. Ruim appartement van 150 vierkante meter geeft genoeg ruimte voor een gezin. Wij raden deze zeker aan."

"Het servies was erg beperkt. Te weinig borden en bekers en glazen. Dit maakt het moeilijk om samen iets te drinken of te eten. Daar hebben we alle maaltijden buiten de deur genuttigd, maar er kon maar 1 persoon een kop koffie drinken."

"The hotel was very good. Everything was close to the terrace. The reception was very friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped for two people on the terrace, and there is a dishwasher and washing machine inside. If you don't have anything that you need, then you have to ask the staff to provide it for you, but be reminded that they may not have any knives. It would be good if you bring a knife with you because they may not have it. We asked for a knife, and they didn't have it, so if you need some crucial equipment, you have to ask for the knives. They are kind of cool, but it works. The soundproofing was very good; you couldn't hear outside, but sometimes at night, you could hear the fan starting and stopping. Other than that, the sound isolation is wonderful; you can't hear anything."

"The spa didn't work, which is sad because I had left a review suggesting that I wanted the spa to be functional, but it still didn't work. The floor was quite old, and it would have been good if they had provided slippers for us. Otherwise, I would suggest bringing your own slippers because the floor is quite dirty."

"Staff - Friendly and helpful. Prior to our actual stay, they were very responsive via booking.com chat. Location - Easy to find and accessible (5 mins walking distance) to the trains/public transport. There are bakeries, fast food, restaurants and pubs along the same street. Not to forget, a Carefour right next door. Room - Spacious and huge for 2 pax. We were definitely comfortable during our stay. Balcony is great too! Managed to spot 3-4 nice stray cats passing by."

"Amenities - Though on booking.com states that they provide toiletries. Please note that they do not provide toothbrushes. Washing machine/dryer looks damaged but workable (had to get the staff to teach how to open the door as there is no handle). Note: There is no bidet."

"The location was great—just a short walk to the center with a long stretch of shops. Finding food was a breeze, which is super important since the hotel doesn't provide breakfast. If you want to cook or run groceries, next to the lobby, there's a Carefour. Our room was HUGE!!! My kids loved having all that space, and the balcony was a big hit too. But, they should probably mop the floor more often. Our feet turned black after walking around. Oh, and the lobby area was really cool!"

"The drying rack was about to fall off, and the TV barely worked, so there wasn’t much to entertain the kids while we stayed in."

"Good location. Ample place to dine. Mini carrefour just next door. There are a few strays who would drop by the courtyard. As a cat lover, this unit is heaven for me. If you intend to book this unit pls do have some cats kibbles or treats on hand. Be kind to feed them please. The unit is clean. Only have 2 pillows, not sure if they would provide more as we didn't make the request. I would definitely return again."

"Suggest to put shade over the chair & table at the courtyard for guest to enjoy sitting outside without the worries of being shot by the birds droppings."

"The apartment is large, modern and very tastefully decorated. Centrally located in Beyoglu, just minutes away from Istiklal Street and Galata Tower. Very close by is the Tunel funicular to take you down to Karakoy, even closer is the Sishane metro station and 15 minutes walk away is Taksim square and the metro there. It is air conditioned throughout but many times we had the airco off and it was still very comfortable, in July! the apartment must be very well insulated. There is an elevator, unusual in much of Istanbul's older areas."

"There were ceiling tiles missing in the second bedroom so the sight of wires and machinery was not very appealing. There was no toaster and frying pans were scratched so the non-stick was not."
