Hotel Dal Kielce

"I stayed at Hotel Dal Kielce and overall it was a decent experience. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and everything was generally fine for a short stay. It was really nice to see so many plants on the hall."

"The hotel is quite simple and basic, and the towels were noticeably worn, which could definitely be improved. A bit more attention to these details would make the stay much better."

"Excellent location and the room was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly too. Good value for money"

"Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and very good location"

"The hairdryer would get heated very quickly and stop working after a while It made drying hair impossible"

"Good location, 2 min walk from the central square, what comes useful due to the absence of the restaurant in the hotel. Comfortable rooms with good temperature, kettle in the room and water bottles as a courtesy of hotel."

"Breakfast is a bit poor, and staff responsible for it is not very helpful. Absence of juice during 2 out o 4 nights' stay. On the 2nd day of stay the room was cleaned only 50%: towels were changed, but the bed wasn't made, nor the bottles of water were refilled, nor the tea cups were changed/washed. Also a suggestion for the shower head that could be changed for a bigger one, as the water pressure is very high (which is actually good), but as the head is very small, it's not very practical to shower."

"Overall, we were fully satisfied with our stay at Dell. Extelllent customer service, very helpful, kind and professional. Beautiful rooms, comfortable and well equipped. Thank you for making our stay comfortable."
