Het 5-sterrenverblijfplaats Copernicus is gevestigd in een gebouw uit de Renaissance in de oude binnenstad van Krakau. Verblijfplaats Copernicus heeft een mooi, historisch interieur. In de gewelfde kelders vind je een sauna en een zwembassin. De ruime accommodaties van Residentie Copernicus zijn voorzien van houten plafonds en 14e-eeuwse inrichtings. Alle logeerruimtes zijn voorzien van gratis WiFi, satelliet-tv en een hoogwaardig, marmeren badkamer. Er worden gratis kranten en mineraalwater aangeboden. Het Copernicus is voorzien van airconditioning en heeft een terras met een panoramisch horizon op het Wawel-kasteel. In het bistro van het hotelcomplex, dat wordt gewaardeerd door de Michelingids, kun je plezier hebben van seizoensgebonden Poolse gerechten. De receptie is 24 uur per dag geopend. Het receptieteam kan een stomerij- en wasservice voor je regelen. In de thermaal bad van het accommodatie kun je verschillende massages uitproberen. Het is vanaf Hotelcomplex Copernicus maar 3 minuten wandelen naar het Koninklijke Kasteel van Wawel. In 7 minuten wandel je naar de Grote Markt en in 10 minuten wandelen ben je in de Joodse wijk Kazimierz.

"Everything! The location was perfect. The street is beautiful, with the castle just outside and with incredible views from the roof terrace. Our room was clean, spacious and oh my goodness, the beds and bedding were out of this world. Most comfortable bed ever. The spa has the wow factor, the treatments were lovely (we had two different spa treatments). Lastly.. dinner was so delicious. We had the 5 course taster menu and every mouthful was beautiful. We had dinner for my best friends birthday and they really made it so special for us. We would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant, we will definitely return."

"Everything! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. We’ve been there a day before our wedding and we were really stressed and tired. They made sure that everything was perfect and on time. We even got a bottle of champagne and chocolate truffles to celebrate our marriage which was extremely nice of them!:) They made a booking in a restaurant for us and the chef not only accommodated our diet (vegetarian) but also create a whole new menu with Michelin level dishes (and we’re both chefs that work in this environment) the waiters were really attentive as well and professional. Now every time when we’ll be in need of a hotel in Krakow we will go to this one."
