"Het verblijf is heel mooi. Echter het ligt aan een donkere weg. Tulum Pueblo is 1 rechte, hele drukke weg. Geen leuk dorpje."

"Erg mooi, fijn en goed onderhouden verblijf. De faciliteiten zoals het zwembad en de uitstraling zie je normaal bij grootschalige verblijven. We hadden de bovenste kamer (7a?) die erg ruim en fijn was."

"Een gedeelte van Tulum had snachts een stroomstoring, waardoor we geen stroom. Hier kan het hotel overigens niets aan doen. Ze waren erg creatief met het ontbijt en konden ons zelfs nog voorzien van koffie en eten zonder stroom."

"Het ligt op een prima plek. Je kunt lopend naar een aantal restaurantjes. Als je naar het strand of centrum wilt, is een auto wel handig! De eigenaar geeft goede tips over wat er te doen is!"

"Rooms are big, large terrace. You are pretty much free to do as you please. If you are with a car there is ample parking on the street outside. Location is both central and quiet. I met the manager on checkout and he was a really nice guy who got me a taxi at a short notice to take me to the bus station which isn’t far away.. it’s not always easy to find a taxi, which I needed because of luggage, at short notice for a short distance in Tulum. Beach towels are made available."

"This was a room for two people. One bedside light didn’t work and the light switch was visibly broken. It was never repaired during my stay here even though I informed the reception at the start . As I was on my own during this leg of my trip it wasn’t a problem but it would have been if my partner was with me. The outside terrace was not very clean with somebody’s cigarette stubs in the ashtray when I checked in. The purified water bottle was not refilled once during my stay here. When it rains heavily, the room floods as the terrace door is always kept open on the mosquito net; at least that is where I think the water came from. So when it rained when I was out, I came back to find a partly flooded room. Furthermore, the rainwater drains from a hole in the outer walls directly onto the terrace floor and the outside floor just outside the entry door on the other side of the room, instead of over the parapet or through a proper drain pipe. This means that you hear a very loud noise of water hitting the concrete over and above the rain at night ; it’s a bit ridiculous, there is not a proper water drain. I was sent a reminder to check out a day before actual checkout when I was some 80km away, so I didn’t quite appreciate that, and no, this is not a Booking.com practice. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, this is not one , it’s just pointing out some facts that can be fixed , and frankly I might consider staying here again , but I think I will look for better options at this price."

"The outside area is fabulous, beatiful pool and garden. Very quiet and silent in the area. A bit far from the centre, but we had a car and they had parking, so it was perfect. Good value for money"

"The room furniture was a bit dated, as was the small kitchen. The bathroom was modern and well decorated though. Not enough chairs outside. The breakfast was very basic."

"The premises of the hotel is very beautiful and calm. I enjoyed the pool area a lot, the breakfast is also served near the pool which is nice. Rooms were clean, staff was helpful and spoke good english."
