"Onze kamer was hygiënisch en voorzien van alles. De eigenaar deed al het mogelijke om onze auto veilig te parkeren (Ik tel maar 4 parkeerplaatsen op het terrein zelf)."

"Het ontbijt: behalve een koffie en fruit kregen we met 2 toastjes die gerild zijn met kaas en een snede tomaat. Nogal zwaar als ontbijt en wat fantasieloos in vergelijking met de vele andere verblijven die wij tijdens onze rondreis in Mexico deden."

"‘Een oase aan rust en de drukte dichtbij’ hier meerdere nachten verbleven en echt prima! Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Geen zwembad maar strand te bereiken met de huurfietsen. Dakterras met meerdere chillplekken en heerlijk groen. Kamers goed schoon, bedden fijn. Buurkat ‘Negro’ kwam vaak even hoi zeggen maar was niet vervelend. Wel even de koffers de trap op tillen maar als dat alles is. Hier oprecht 5 dagen heel relaxed gehad. Genoeg vertier te zoeken in de buurt aan restaurants en centrum. Playa paraiso met de auto/fiets te bereiken en daar zo ongeveer een privé strand gehad in februari. Gesnorkeld, cenotes (niet heel benoemenswaardig maar ok) en heerlijk gelegen. Dit hotel is zeker de moeite waard!"

"Als je een hotel zoekt waar voldoende rust heerst, met mooie verzorgde kamers, een lekker ontbijt, een prachtige tuin en fantastische service… dan Ben je bij Kin Ha op de juiste plek! Wij boekten hier onverwachts 5 nachten en kregen pas voor het eerst tijdens onze vakantie hét vakantiegevoel waar je naar verlangt. Bedankt Gabriela & Carlos om er steeds voor ons te zijn! "The room was large & comfortable. The chocolates on the bed were a nice added touch. The staff were very helpful & let me use the pool while I was waiting for access to my room. The hotel is in a good location & easy to walk to the restaurants & ferry terminal."

"There was Tea & coffee available in the lobby area but not in the bedroom. The hotel appeared a little tired."

"I had a wonderful stay at Kin Ha Hotel Tulum. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. The apartment was very clean and smelled lovely, which added a lot to the comfort. The garden is quiet and peaceful, yet the hotel is within walking distance of the lively, cozy area with restaurants and shops. It’s the perfect balance between calm and energy. Definitely recommended. I would happily stay here again."

"A little Oasis in Tulum central. We loved the tropical garden in the courtyard and the shaded rooftop areas. We'd arrived early and could check in straight away. The room was clean and comfortable. Great shower with the best water pressure we had during our 3 weeks in Mexico! Close to good restaurants and cafes. Just a short walk to the main street and 10 minutes from the ADO bus station. We'd definitely stay here again"
