"Ruime kamer met een kleine kitchenette en tafeltje zodat je zelf je ontbijt en lunch kunt regelen. Het verblijf zit op een leuke locatie, midden in de 'main street' en alles is dichtbij. Indien gewenst, wordt er dagelijks schoongemaakt."

"Het is er heel erg gehorig, dus iedereen die door ('s-nachts) de gang loopt of in de kamer naast je zit (wij hadden een huilend kind 's-nachts naast ons) hoor je erg luid. En tegenover het gebouw zit een drinkgelegenheid die ook erg luide muziek draait."

"The water in bathroom had little force, just trickled. There was a huge balcony overlooking the backyard. Would have been useful to have a washing line for wet bikinis etc."

"Very large and bright room on 1st floor with a small balcony to the back of the building. It was pleasantly quiet even though the hotel is right on the busy main street. The room was well equipped with a table, microwave, coffee machine and utensils to prepare coffee or small snacks. Daily cleaning and new shampoo, towels etc. Nice hot shower with good water pressure. Very friendly staff on site 24/7."

"The location is across the street from the loudest bar on the Island. I had earplugs, so it was ok. Be forewarned though. The bar across the street is loud from 4pm until 11 pm every night."

"I really liked this hotel overall. The location is excellent and very convenient, the room size was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One small area for improvement would be the shower head, which could be better. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, it’s a good idea to bring earplugs. Despite these minor points, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning."

"Suites Los Arcos is a gem! The location couldn't be better—it's an easy walk to pretty much everything on the island, including the ferry, the beach, and awesome snorkeling. You'll also find plenty of restaurants right outside your door. Our room was big and had all the amenities we could ask for. The staff was truly awesome—so helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed. Highly recommend!"

"The place was quite good for the price, very clean, the check-in was easy, the personnel were kind and very helpful. The location is also quite good, not so far away from downtown and the beach, and the neighborhood was quite safe to walk even late in the night"

"Nothing wrong with the hotel, but the island is slowly loosing its original charm from the "good old days": everything is "americanized" and the original spirit of a Mayan island in the Caribbean is mostly lost... A huge pity..."

"Such a sweet place to stay for some nights in Cancun. Convenient location, great staff, comfortable beds and super clean. Plus: breakfast was amazing, we ate in the cozy little garden by the pool. Excellent coffee as well :) Highly recommended!"

"First of all the music at the Restaurant/Bar in front of the hotel stops at 11pm, so at least for us it was not an issue. That said, it's not a luxury hotel (it's a 3 star). In any case, it provides an excellent price vs cost ratio. Definitely recommended!"
