"Locatie wast super, erg dicht bij het strand! De kamer was schoon, met veel faciliteiten (inclusief strandstoeltjes om mee te nemen). Heel vriendelijk personeel en 's nachts bewaakt."

"Due to a booking problem they changed the reservation to a different place, but the new place was even closer to the city center. Further they gave a huge discount on the fee as compensation. And they even offered a free snorkeling. Super nice, highly suggested."

"Very friendly staff, large room, less than 100 metres from the beach, 10% discount on the dives, the small balcony is a real treat."

"Some of the kitchen tools need replacing (example, the old and rusty small electric oven). The main issue is the street noise: it starts quite early (tough intermittently) and ends quite late, whether it's the thumping music from the Cocos Locos bar or someone working a buzz saw at 1AM (true story). It's not Sea Hawk's fault of course, but it did affect my stay."

"The location is absolutely amazing! Two minutes walking from the best beach of the island. The rooms were really comfortable and the staff was amazing. We also loved that chairs and parasols were provided to take to the beach."

"This is totally out of control of the accommodation, but there is a bar in the area which plays quite loud music until about 23.30. Bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive to noise."

"This was our last stop on a 2 week vacation in Mexico and was perfect! The staff is amazing, super kind, super helpful. We did our snorkeling tour here and was a 10/10, our best experience of snorkeling in whole Yucatan! Also we had a late flight and the staff allowed to keep our things until late so we could enjoy the day <3 Definitely the place I will stay in my next visits to Isla Mujeres."

"We liked the close proximity to the beach and having a restaurant with breakfast options right across the street. Diving can be arranged if desired. They provided beach chairs free of charge. There's a mini-kitchen with everything necessary, including a stove and a frying pan."

"Regrettably, our ground floor room had cockroaches after the rain; however, this might be a problem common to the whole island. On the plus side, a fly swatter was supplied in the room. There is no hair dryer."
