"Het personeel was behulpzaam, de locatie kon niet beter, de hoofdstraat met restaurants, kroegjes en winkels is letterlijk 15 seconde lopen en het strand nog geen 5 minuten. De kamer was heel ruim, ik kreeg een kamer met 2 tweepersoons bedden, een zithoek, een keukentje, balkon etc. Ook was er een fijn zwembad/jacuzzi op het dak."

"Naast het hotel wordt gebouwd en er wordt van maandag t/m vrijdag van 07:00 tot 19:00 hard gewerkt wat veel geluidsoverlast geeft. De douche duurde bijna 10 minuten voordat het warm werd en er kwam een mini straaltje uit."

"The room was spacious and was equipped with a kitchenette. I had warm water in the shower, which seems not to be the case in many other accommodations in this region of Playa del Carmen. The staff was extremely friendly."

"This time there is construction or dismantling work going in the neighborhood, but the works are not active over the entire night. However, this is a thing that the hotel keeper may not able to interfere very effectively."

"The room/apartment was enormous and included a balcony, a very large bed, a living room area, a kitchen, a TV, an outdoor table, an indoor coffee table, and complimentary coffee on the first day. Although the facilities look somewhat run down from the reception area, the accommodation itself is actually excellent. It is right in the centre of everything, about 7 to 8 minutes on foot from the ferry to Cozumel and roughly the same distance to the ADO terminal. Everything is nearby, including scuba diving centres, restaurants, and nightlife. What stood out most was how remarkably quiet it was despite the central location, which was a very pleasant surprise. Overall, it was excellent value for money. I travelled solo, but it would be even better for two people."

"There is not much negative to say. The decor could benefit from an update, and the door to the balcony did not lock properly despite several attempts. The shower water pressure was not great, but these are relatively minor issues. One area for improvement would be providing better guidance for guests regarding food options. During my stay, the reception staff I asked were not able to offer more than one local recommendations for breakfast or dinner. While it is easy to look things up online, I had hoped for local advice. That said, the receptionists and cleaners were kind and pleasant throughout. Overall, there was very little to complain about. Also, do not expect beautiful views from the balcony."

"Great location just off 5th Ave on a quieter side street. No loud music at late hours so we were well rested. The room was very large and comfortable."

"The commodities of an apartment with the services of a hotel. Wonderful location if you want to be right in the centre, just a block from the main tourist road, la Quinta. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Yomira, the receptionist, made us feel at home from day one. She welcomes guests with a warm smile all the time, she gives lots of hints about Playa and the surrounding areas, she is so helpful and kind. Teresa, our housekeeper, was a very kind lady that kept the apartment spotless! We felt really comfy!"
