"Het hotel heeft een perfecte ligging, 5 min lopen van zowel het strand en het centrum aan een rustig straat. 30 30 Zeer behulpzame vriendelijke eigenaar. Kamer prima, heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij hadden geen balkon, alleen 1 geblindeert raam. Tegen een vergoeding kun je in de ochtend goed ontbijten. Voor ons was het de laatste nacht, we konden daar onze bagage daar achterlaten overdag erg fijn. Je kunt ook nog zelf gebruik maken van de keuken."

"Rustige locatie in boomrijke omgeving. Prima kamer met ruim balkon. Paar dingetjes wat gedateerd maar prima. Prima ontbijt, je kunt kijken of je het wat vind, aanschuiven en betalen (140 peso’s pp.) zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Leuke rooftop maar wij hadden helaas slecht weer dus geen gebruik van gemaakt."

"We stayed for 1 night on arrival in Mexico. We just wanted a bed for the night that was walking distance to the Ferry port as we were heading to Cozumel the next day. Che suites was more than adequate. Large, clean comforatble room with good batthroom and A/C. Very quiet and perfect location for our needs."

"If you are arriving after hours, ensure you have mobile data to get the remote access codes to enter the building. I asked for the codes to be sent before I got on my flight, and they were, but by the time we arrived, the code had been changed. It wasn't a problem for us as we received the nessage with the vew code, but it would have been an issue if we did not have Mobile Data."

"Great location in a quieter area, it's super close to Playacar beach, 5th avenue, the ferry terminal etc. The room we had was really nice with a balcony. Very clean and comfy bed. Staff very helpful with recommended actions etc."

"Getting the temperature balance right in the shower can be a bit tricky, but a minor thing."

"We got a friendly and helpful messages from the owner with clear instructions how to get to the suite and how to get in. It is very close to the seaside and our room was shady and had good air conditioning so we could handle the outside temperature and have relaxing nights."

"My room was clean & comfortable. I love having access to a kitchen. The location was great... close to ADO, ferry, beach, restaurants... and in a relatively quiet area. Helpful staff."

"The rooftop patio was nice but definitely needs some work... lots of loose boards and toe stubbing screws. Unfortunately for me, my room faced construction with lights on all night 😒"

"Nice guesthouse located in a green, quiet and safe neighbourhood. Location is perfect, close the beach, shops, restaurants and only 7 minutes walking from the ADO busstation. Good room with fast wifi. The staff is great, good communication by Whats App and they gave me also good recommendations about restaurants."

"The main light is the room is not very strong. The roof terrace can use some maintenance, the parasol seems to be worn for already quite some time. But the small rooftop pool is very nice, even saw some monkeys from there."
