"We kwamen hier voor het vierde jaar en dat zegt eigenlijk al genoeg over dit hotel. De ligging van dit hotel is uitstekend ten opzichte van het park Alameda, het theater en museum Palacio de Belles Artes en enkele andere musea. Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer en badkamer, goede wifi verbinding. Het ontbijtbuffet, wat niet bij de prijs is inbegrepen, is uitstekend. Wij konden bij het boeken van de kamer alleen nog maar een kamer met 1 tweepersoons bed bestellen. Dat bed vonden wij te smal voor ons. De vriendelijke, engels sprekende dame van de receptie, heeft er voor gezorgd dat wij de volgende dag een kamer met 2 tweepersoonsbedden kregen en heeft er ook voor gezorgd dat onze bagage netjes naar deze kamer werd gebracht."

"De tweepersoonskamer die wij kregen aangeboden lag dicht tegen de garage aan die naast het hotel is. Wij hoorden het slaan van de deuren, het starten van de auto en een gebonk, van wij denken, een verkeersdrempel. Op de werkdagen viel dat wel mee, maar in het weekend geeft dat tot laat geluidsoverlast. De andere jaren dat wij hier verbleven hebben we kamers aan de andere kant gehad en heb je geen last van geluidsoverlast."

"If you want to stay in the Centro Historico, this hotel is a great choice. The hotel itself is modern and were given a newly refurbished room with all the mod cons and even a drinking water tap in the bathroom (and help-yourself ice in the corridor outside our room). The paid-for breakfast (about £11 pp) was great—usual good hotel buffet selection and you can order a la carte eggs at no extra cost—with lashings of topped-up coffee. On check-out day, they looked after our cases so we could explore before getting a late evening flight. All-in-all, a great hotel with nothing to fault it."
