"De locatie- had er afgesproken met een groep voor excursie de volgende dag"

"Het personeel van de receptie was erg onprofessioneel. Een aantal reserveringen van de groep met wie ok reisde, bleken onvindbaar (pas na uren kwam het alsnog goed), de meesten spraken totaal geen Engels. Toen ik vroeg naar het opslaan van bagage voor 1 dag, werd me verteld dat dit geen optie is. Dat heb ik werkelijk nog nooit meegemaakt in een hotel, en ik reis letterlijk de hele wereld over. Uiteindelijk was er 1 medewerker die wel Engels sprak en mij vertelde dat het wel mogelijk is om bagage op te slaan (en dat zijn collega geen idee had waar hij het over had), maar toen hadden we al besloten al onze bagage in een kamer van een mede reiziger te bewaren. Voor mij nooit (en Mijn gezelschap wordt het nooit meer hotel Sevilla. De portiers waren overigens wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam!"

"Location is good, near the city center. Room was quite standard. There is a small exercise room with a tredmill, exercise cycle and stepper, so you can do cardio exercise. Breakfast is available for extra price, but I did not try that. Two nights cost 1677 pesos (rougly 80 euros or 85 US dollars), so it was good value for the money."

"Bellboy was amazing he even took us for tacos at 1 am when our flight landed to make sure we were safe and not uncomfortable. Def an asset to this hotel!"

"A found a flea un the linens on my first night. Breakfast is not included and they charge $180 pesos for a buffet that is not that crear. For that prive, you can go out and hace Breakfast elsewher"

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Close to sites and shopping centre. There is a breakfast available at $160 Pesos which is very nice. Clean rooms and surprisingly quiet considering its near a park and main road."
