"Very nice and clean apartment. Bruno welcomed us well and provided us with a great room tour. All the facilities work as said here, and even board games were provided such as domino and cards. In overall very satisfied with the service received and I would recommend it to anyone choosing to book this apartment."

"We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad de eerste 4 nachten van onze reis in Mauritius. Heel ruim en schoon appartement met prachtig uitzicht. Bedden in 1 kamer wat hard, andere kamer met losse bedden zijn zachter. Zoals iedereen omschrijft heeft het appartement alles (kruiden, thee, koffie, fruit, 2 flessen water, wasmiddel). Als je uit de zee komt is er beneden ook een buitendouche. Contact met eigenaar was ook top, snel reactie, fijne tips en goede uitleg waar het huis is. Onze zoon kon bij de zee uren spelen met de stenen. De zee is rustig, ondiep en lekker warm."

"Stayed at the Joubarbe Residence while travelling for work. This was an ideal place for a short stay. Quiet, clean and very friendly with very helpful owner. Optional breakfast and dinner well worth the extra few euro. Late checkout was also very good value. Highly recommended."

"The apartment is exactly as described. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipt. We enjoyed dipping our feet into the little pool outside and highly appreciated having a washing machine at our disposal. Finding the apartment on Google maps is a little tricky but once you have the co-ordinates, it's very easy to get from there to anywhere on the west coast. The host was extremely helpful and provided a lot of activity suggestions. She was contactable throughout our stay."

"Ours was one of four apartments. It was large with upmarket furnishings including the three ensuite bathrooms. It was serviced regularly and our maid was friendly and efficient. Top marks to her as well as Gerard the caretaker/handyman who took care of anything that needed fixing. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped which really added to an enjoyable stay. The location in the South was great, right on the beach with a sparkling, clean pool between the apartment and the beach entrance. We were able to barbecue a few times and shops were close by. There was plenty of secure parking and the security of the whole complex was excellent."
