"Een heerlijk plek om rustig de dag te beginnen en eindigen (en tussendoor). Heel comfortabel en met grote algemener ruimte binnen en balkon. We hebben steeds heerlijk buiten gegeten en geborreld. Je heb wel een auto nodig. Heb je die dan is de locatie heel centraal gelegen"

"Exceptionnel !! Franchement rien à dire du côté de l'appartement. Tout était propre, le linge de lit, les serviettes. Un grand bravo. On a pu profiter du balcon pour le petit déjeuner, vraiment super!! 👍"

Seul petit bémol, pas du tout de commerce à proximité. Et si en plus vous n'êtes pas véhiculé sachez qu'il n'y a pas de bus en bas de la résidence où même quelques pas plus loin. Pour le premier jour, le papa du propriétaire qui était véhiculé nous a emmener jusqu'à une supérette. Un grand merci pour ce Monsieur. Qu'Allah le récompense pour son aide si précieuse. Le deuxième jour, pour le pain et viennoiseries, j'ai pris mon courage à deux mains. Heureusement, je suis une bonne randonneuse ce qui.n'est pas le cas de ma fille qui est restée bien tranquillement à m'attendre. La veinarde !! Malgré ce petit inconvénient, j'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement que je RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT pour les marcheurs.

"Loved our host. Went above and beyond for us. She was great with our kids. Helped with a hire car and even dropped around some food."

Very minor but would be nice to have hot water from the tap in the sink to wash dishes. We could get hot water from the shower or put the kettle on to do dishes with.

There was no local stores near by, it can look a little remote especially at night.

"Mooi schoon app. Met prachtig terras en uitzicht op haven. Dichtbij klein strandje, prima. Uiteindelijk zijn we naar Goverments Beach gegaan 15 min rijden. Heel mooi. Airco erg goed."

Dorpje beetje saai. Paar restaurants. Wilde 1x zelf simpel koken was er maar 1 pan en een kleine koekenpan. Lastig. Bed erg klein jammer. En de slaapkamer was niet goed te verduisteren waardoor ik vroeg wakker wordt.

"The unit was very very clean. We were close to the beach. Walking distance. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella were available. There was a beach bar right on the beach that we ate at. We did not rent a car. We used M&M taxi while we were there. Awesome service. We also ate at Miss B. Another spot on the beach front. We enjoyed our time. Thank you. We were a party of three. Wifi was able to handle all your streaming needs."

No complaints. All was well.

"Zeer lieve mensen. De gastheer spreekt Engels. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. We kregen nog een muzikaal afscheid door de zoon (op komuz). Het guesthouse ligt een beetje afgelegen maar is desalniettemin op een boogscheut van het nationale park Ala Archa."

The location was not perfect for me, I ended up renting a scooter which I highly recommend.

"Das Haus war sehr schön dekoriert, voll ausgestattet, sauber. Preis war top für die ganze Ausstattung. Eine Wäscherei war vor Ort vorhanden. Der Check-in lief reibungslos."

Nach der Bitumen mußten wir ungefähr 500m in einer nicht bitumierte Straße. Leider sind nicht alle Straßen in Yaoundé mit Bitumen

Weird smell coming from the kitchen cupboards under the sink.

"Staying at Shangri-la gave us experience in the homey environment. Staffs were very helpful and kind. We put this place as the first choice if we go back to Yangon again. Thank for fulfilling our fond memories."

"Communication was quick and helpful. The room was a reasonable size and the bed comfortable. The area was excellent with metro, shops and restaurants all very close by."

I didn't not like anything, but a knife to cut things with would have been useful and maybe mugs for tea/coffee as there were only some small paper cups.
