"Slecht internet, je krijgt inloggegens voor internet, maar op de kamer heb je nauwelijks bereik. Niet goed kunnen slapen: in de steeg blijven jongeren tot laat hard praten en geluid van brommers. Locatie 2 min lopen van jamae Lafna plein.. Ontbijt is Oké. Donkere kamers . Aardige en behulpzame personeel."

"De locatie was prima. Rustig en toch in de Medina. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding. De receptionist die heel goed Engels spreekt, was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Taxiservice van vliegveld naar Riad en retour was heel fijn geregeld."

"Bij het ontbijt was geen fruit. (wel yoghurtjes en chocolade croissants, maar die kan ik niet eten, omdat ik vegan eet). Alleen boter en geen margarine. En naast het stokbrood, graag wat steviger broodje gegeten, wat daar volop te krijgen is. Wifi is buiten je kamer sterker. Douchestraal is afhankelijk van gebruik in het gebouw, harder of zachter. Maar dat alles was overkoombaar."

"For the price, it’s a really good choice. Located about 3 minutes from the main square in the medina. Staff was really helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious and you can have big portions. The garden inside and the building are also quite magnificent."

"The water pressure was quite low in the shower, and the bathroom itself wasn’t that pleasing."

"It was a great location. Staff were really helpful and kind and friendly. Lovely breakfast on the roof terrace and warm, comfy and cosy room at night-time. I left my jewelry behind and the staff kindly kept it safe for me for a week. Very trustworthy people."

"The property is located very close to the main square and is very easy to walk around the city from here"

"The room was dirty, especially the bed, and there were noises going on for all night. We asked them for a transfer to the airport and they told us it was confirmed, but apparently they never booked it so we got late and they didn’t help us."

"The location is the best of this riad. 5 min away from everything central. Accessible for taxis. Rooftop garden was nice as well and the inner part of the riad. For 4 days stay they clean our room and change the towels. Communication before check in was great. For our very early tour they packed us up breakfast for the road."

"The staff attitude. Cleanliness wasn't on the best level. It wasn't dirty but it wasn't perfectly clean. When I checked in I was asked to pay city tax in cash which they didn't issue me proper document, just wrote it down on the accomodation receipt. There was no hand towel in the room so when I asked for such the reception guy laughed at me and says they don't have it in any room because it's not typical for them to have hand towel. Anyway as I didn't give up they have me another body towel. Last night the hot water was run out. When I went to the reception to ask for this the reception guy turn on the heating for the water and the water was ready in 15 minutes. Apparently every room has buttons to turn on the hot water. Why they turn it off since there is people in the room? Second morning we had to leave early for our tour so the main door was closed. The reception guy was there. He saw that me and my friend (girl) are struggling to open it (too heavy and no door handle) and instead of offer us to open he was laughing at us, saying it's very easy to open. Not nice attitude."

"Rooms are on the smaller side but functional. However the Riad was clean and well looked after."
