Wadi Rum Camp

"De locatie was indrukwekkend!! Zo ontzettend mooi, de koepeltenten waren voorzien van airco en badkamer en lekker ruim bed! 's Avonds heerlijk warm eten gehad, bereid in de grond met vanaller hande lokale gerechten. Hele mooie wandeling gemaakt in de woestijn en een waanzinnig uitzicht/zonsondergang gezien......Daarna genoten van de sterrenhemel samen met onze Host die verhalen vertelde. Dit was een toplocatie! Daags erna een 3,5u durende jeeprit gemaakt door de Wadi Rum.... surrealistisch!!!! Geweldig. Dus al met al ik raad deze locatie ten zeerste aan!!!"

"De rust en stilte. En natuurlijk het uitzicht bij het Wadi Rum Camp is geweldig, alleen jammer van de houten schommel die precies op de verkeerde plek is geplaatst. Verder is de jeeptour een echte aanrader. Na het diner even samen bij het kampvuur, de gastheer doet alle moeite om het gezellig te maken."

"Van de hut en inrichting moet je geen hoge verwachtingen hebben, is bepaald geen glamping. Soms geen water, soms geen stroom. Maar heb je een klacht, men probeert je direct te helpen."

"The location and the kindness. The view is out of this world (but you get same view even if you sleep on a tent) The hosts are very kind and do all they can to please you, arrange last minute tours for me. And very good at answering my questions."

"Some things were unclear: The person in the facility is not the same person answering the emails/phone calls. Time of dinner... The person in the facility doesn't speak quite good English. So you remain with your questions to be answered by calling directly to the booking number or chatting/emailing. WiFi coverage in the room was inexistent. I stayed in the second bubble (martian tent), though there was WiFi at the reception/restaurant."

"Dinner was amazing! The cook was so kind and welcoming and went above and beyond. Also the tents were so comfortable and clean. Bathroom was amazing."

"We stayed in a Martian tent. Great confort. Private bathroom. Perfect location. Exquisite nights."

"We booked martial tend, clean and spacious, we could watch the stars from the room when it started to be cold outside. Kind staff, we had long chat after dinner with the owner, he told us about their life style and so on, the dinner was delicious they showed us how it had been cooked before serving. We enjoyed our staff so much and also the jeep tour that they organised for us."

"This camp is in an amazing location surrounded by mountains, in a quiet area with a little little light at night that allowed you to see the sky full of stars. We enjoyed the silence and the beautiful landscape. Breakfast and dinner were good. We did a full day jeep tour with them and saw a lot of beautiful places in the desert."

"Amazing staff, great location, clean rooms and delicious food. And there is not so much light compare to other camps and that let’s you see THE DIAMOND SKY! Absolutely spectacular!"
