"Airco op kamer, en eindelijk eentje die niet op het bed gericht is. Vriendelijke ontvangst dochter spreekt,via de telefoon engels, water koffie en thee aanwezig. Koelkast magnetron. De motoren konden in de garage."

Geen verduisterings gordijnen waardoor je om 05.30 wakker bent omdat de zon direct op het raam schijnt. Er zijn borden en bestek, maar geen afwasplek. Harde bedden

"Vše moderní, krásné, promyšlené. Krásné okolí, výborná snídaně, příjemná obsluha, vyšli vstříc, když jsme chtěli odjet později ☺️👍🏻"

Zapáchající, zatuchlé ručníky. Klasika, když se složí ještě vlhké, chtěla bych jen upozornit, aby se nestávalo ☺️

"De plek met het uitzicht was prachtig. Veel privacy, ruime kamers voor weinig geld en een ontzettend aardige host. Werden zelfs uitgenodigd om te blijven eten, was heel gezellig en we hebben mooie gesprekken gehad over het prachtige en veilige Bosnië. Wij zijn heel positief over dit land en raden het zeker aan om te bezoeken!"

Het was eind juli erg warm en daar moet je je weg in weten te vinden. Riviertjes genoeg, zelfs bij het huis! Ook het parkeren was even een uitdaging vanwege de helling, maar daarbij wil de host wel helpen. Kan in ieder geval gratis en vlak voor de deur!

"Yöpaikaksi sopiva, hivenen karu mutta mukavasti vanhentunut majoitusrakennus oli siisti ja siellä oli kaikki tarvittava. Sopivasti sivussa hälinästä, oli rauhallista ja pysäköintitilaa oli riittävästi."

Se oikeastaan saatiin mitä tilattiin. Ainoa mutka matkassa oli lukittu ulko-ovi mutta tekstiviestillä saatiin ohjeet nopeasti.

"Staying at this family-run hotel in Wadi Rum was a truly special experience. The owners' hospitality makes us feel instantly welcome. Our room was surprisingly spacious, a real treat considering the stunning desert landscape surrounding us. Waking up to that breathtaking sunrise view was an absolute highlight! Plus, the host organized a fantastic program that really allowed us to immerse ourselves in the magic of Wadi Rum. And let's not forget the dinner! The Beduin-style meal was absolutely delicious, a real taste of local flavors that perfectly complemented our desert adventure. The owner truly went above and beyond by organizing a fantastic program for us in the desert. It was a real highlight of our stay and a wonderful way to experience the beauty and culture of Wadi Rum."

While our stay had many highlights, it's worth noting that the hotel appears to still be under development. We observed some buildings that seemed to be in the early stages of construction and looked unfinished. Additionally, we encountered some water on the bathroom floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

"Bagage opslag was mogelijk. Personeel was super vriendelijk. We mochten onze reistickets uitprinten. Kamer was schoon, douche was prima met warm water en er was douchegel aanwezig. Handdoeken in mooie vorm gevouwen. Er was oog boor detail. Midden in de stad gelegen en op loopafstand van de ferry terminals. Een tv met heleboel kanalen. Kortom, we waren blij verrast. Van buiten ziet het er misschien minder uit, maar eenmaal binnen is het er gezellig en goed verzorgd. Verwacht geen hele grote kamers, maar is ook niet nodig als je op pad gaat. Ze serveren ook ontbijt en lunch."

"Location is at walking distance from many points of interest. Room has a little kitchen with stove and small refrigerator. There is no Coffee maker though. Room has A/C, hot water, TV with Netflix. It is a good choice for the price and it is comfortable. It is also very quiet."

It said had parking included but you need to park on the street or pay a parking lot. Besides the guy that received us for the check-in never saw anyone else in the front desk during our stay to ask questions or guide us on anything. Other than that the place is good to stay and will definitely go back

"Fantastische locatie en hele mooie, unieke kamer. Ze hebben een biertuin, pub en restaurant en alles is goed geregeld. Het hotel voelt knus en gezellig en je zit echt midden in het centrum."

Kamer was ietwat klein en warm.

"We hadden een kleine maar prachtig afgewerkte ksmer, met hele mooie badkamer, en uiteraard airconditioning. Het was allemaal erg schoon en werd goed bijgehouden. Het eten in de pub was prima en niet duur."

'S-nachts, als het stil is, hoor je af en toe een brommend geluid. Waarschijnlijk de koelcel. Voor ons niet storend.

"Ik had volgens mij wel erg veel geluk met het appartement er waren ook kleinere maar beviel mij prima lekker geslapen en fit weer op pad."

"Our self catering apartment was in a good location. Places to eat are near by. Facilities were basic but adequate for our stay. Towels were lovely and soft, the room was clean, the shower was good and the a/c was efficient. The staff at reception were very friendly."

Pillows a bit lumpy but we still got a good night's sleep.

"Well, totally different experience from Riga! This place is AWESOME as the staff. The lady who hosted us did a great and PERFECT job. We place is very well located, alogside the road, close to supermarkets and the castle ruins. The city centre can be acessed by a footpath uphill from the hotel on a pleasant walk. Bedrooms alright, very clean and organized with no problems at all. We liked so much, that we spent more time that we intended on the next city in a Wine Festival in Sabile that we decided to go back and stay one more night and with only 10 Euros more, they gave us an apartment with living room and kitchen. I wuosl easily go back and refer here. One of the best places on the trip! The city is not big and have not that much to visit but satying here, made everything much better and pleasant! And parking is right besides the hotel as well with plenty space and easy to use and access!"

"Nos encantó donde estaba ubicado y el jardín enorme que hay detrás de la casa para poder disfrutar. La cama era muy cómoda y espaciosa."

Podría poner como mejora que hubiera para colgar las toallas.

"Keurig schoon, goede locatie dichtbij het centrum. Mooie styling. Aardige mensen."

Toch wel jammer geen buitenruimte. De badkamer loopt helemaal vol met water als je doucht. Een trekker zou handig zijn.

"Large, clean and modern room with a hairdryer and enough plugs. Parking available. Nice breakfast with home-made yogurt and jams. Internet was satisfactory. The dinner at a (somewhat high) price of 30 Euro per person was good. Good service overall. The owner, Mr. Desprairies, is very professional."

Though we did like the breakfast, we saw that eggs are offered for an extra charge. In most hotels this is standard, so I would recommend to just include them in breakfast. Also, the coffee was so so.

"It was very uncomplicated to get the keys. Plenty of parking nearby. The bathroom was spacious, the location was clean. The building has old roots and the main building was a makeshift hospital during the Battle of Waterloo, which added to the charm."
