Hostels in Martinique

"We had a warm welcome. The family is very kind, and helpfull. The parking is free, the room was clean."

I can't write negativity.

"MyFarm is not just a place to sleep. It is a vibrant place full of life. You wake up from the sound of beautiful birds in the morning, you can join the MyFarm team for breakfast and talk about their daily life here. All the staff is super nice and accommodating. It's amazing to be inside such a wonderful place that gives out free education to the people who live around here. I ended up helping out in the different educational programs and I loved every moment of it. I thought I just went for a cheap place to stay that was also social, but I got so much more. I will definitely come back as a volunteer to the project."

We kwamen 's avonds aan en hun restaurant dat ik kende van enkele jaren geleden bestond niet meer. Het motor verhuur is niet meer ter plaatse zoals voorheen maar is goed georganiseerd

"De locatie was perfect, dicht bij de metro en dichtbij de toffe buurt. Heel vriendelijk personeel! Ook heel proper, top verblijf gehad."

"It's a basic place, but nice. The bathroom is clean and functional (and great hot water). The bedroom is perfectly fine for a night or two, but would struggle with lots of packing and unpacking if you were staying a while. Owner is super super friendly and nice."

"Great place to stay in Noukchott. The place itself is beautiful, and in a nice neighbourhood within walking distance to anything you'd want to see. The bungalows are cosy and comfortable. Great hot showers and good buffet breakfast. Contrary to some other uncharitable reviews, I found the young guys working there to be helpful and pleasant. Sebastien the owner gives great travel advice. 10/10, would repeat!"

"Excellent situation in downtown, better than staying in french border for the same price as it is much central here. Nice terasse, nice clean and spacious rooms."

"Het hotel was in een uitstekende locatie voor ons.Recht tegenover de dokter waar we moesten zijn,maar het wass ook makkelijk te doen met een minibus naar het centrum als dat de bedoeling is.Vlakbij de US ambassade De beveiliging was ook goed.Er was een security guard voor de gehele nacht en een beveiligings deur voor overdag.Belangrijk in Honduras."

De waterdruk was ok,maar niet geweldig En de knop van de kraan kwam elke keer los als je de douche uit wilde zetten. De kamer was groot genoeg voor ons voor een nacht,maar klein voor twee personen als je meer bagage hebt

"De eigenaar is zeer flexibel, ondanks dat er iets misgegaan was door onze schuld met de boeking en hij dus eigenlijk gesloten was konden wij toch overnacten."

"De badkamer was denk in nog niet zo oud, was mooi/modern. De bedden waren ook prima, de vloer was wat gedateerd maar dat vonden wij geen probleem. De locatie was prima vlak bij het oude centrum er was een Lidl vlak bij voor boodschappen en schuin tegenover het hostel is een heerlijke bakkerij voor het ontbijt in de ochten. Personeel was zeer aardig en behulpzaam."

Bepaalde backpackers zijn niet bepaald kind vriendelijk. Het hostel kan hier echter niets aan doen.

"Een mooi historisch pand. In rustig zijstraatje van t plein. Gratis parkeren buiten de stadsmuren op slechts 8 minuten lopen."

"Dit is een hostel welke alles in de puntjes heeft uitgewerkt. Zeer sociaal maar geen party hostel. Iets wat ik erg waardeerde. Prijs-kwaliteit dik in orde. Personeel begroet je altijd. Erg vriendelijk!"

Het enige minpunt is dat je weinig privacy hebt in de gedeelde slaapzaal (geen gordijntjes aanwezig).

"The location sits on main public transit options; Bus stop, METRO station, and one street away a main connecting street offering additional public bus stops & connections. A short walk uphill lands you at a central interception from which all directions of pedestrian pathways are possible to explore the city and sights."

Food shops & markets in the district are regionally expensive. The area for basic cold food storage and microwave reheating of food needs a serious update. For the number of guests the refrigerator is way to small. The small microwave does not fit common delivery food packages, or a standard dinner plate for reheating.

"Erg sociaal hostel. Prachtig! En lekker dakterras. Ontbijt buffet is heerlijk. Personeel is betrokken, kletsen graag."

Badkamer mag vaker schoongemaakt worden + toilet papier aanvullen.

No kitchen

"De rust, het goede en lekkere ontbijt en de gastvrijheid. Hier werken hele lieve mensen, bedankt voor alles! Ga zo door!"

Alles was goed!

"Prima hotel voor een kort verblijf. Tram richting centrum stopt er vlakbij, maar het is ook prima te wandelen. personeel was vriendelijk."

Bedden waren wat hard. Dun matras.
