We misten lekkere stoelen om aan het meer te kunnen zitten. Ook was het vreemd dat de frisdrank in verhouding tot andere plaatsen erg duur was

"Erg vriendelijke & behulpzame host, het verblijf komt perfect overeen met de beschrijving en de foto’s. We boekten een tour via het verblijf om te gaan Volcano boarden, ook hier waren we heel tevreden van. De kamer en ruimtes zijn erg proper."

"Alles wat je nodig had was er. Het bed sliep comfortabel en het was schoon. De host was erg behulpzaam en altijd bereikbaar. Bij binnenkomst vertelde Josienne je wat je het beste kon doen, wat de beste plekken waren en waar je het beste kon eten etc..als er iets was of je wilde iets weten kon je altijd een bericht sturen en ze reageerde vrijwel meteen. Dat was erg fijn. Ook de locatie lag erg gelegen."

Niets viel echt tegen. Het enige minpuntje was dat je iedere keer een flinke heuvel op moest als je terug naar het appartement wilde komen. Verder had ik een kamer zonder uitzicht en balkon. Persoonlijk vond ik dit niet zo erg omdat je niet veel op de kamer bent.

"We had the most amazing time at the Vera Sunset Homestay. Phonephet and his family are very friendly and the island is perfect for a few days off the beaten path. You can just relax in your hammock all day or explore the rural island and play football with the village kids. The food was very good and fresh. The standard of the bungalows is basic and in line with the price. Definitely one of our highlights in hole SOA and we can't wait to come again!"

"Super leuke eigenaar die met alles helpt, ondanks het lastige communiceren vanwege het niet zo goed Engels spreken kan je alles vragen en word alles voor je gedaan. Geweldige locatie."

Het bed is erg hard, je voelt de vering echter is de prijs er ook naar!

"Elvis and Claudia are wonderful hosts. Helping you out with their local knowledge, lifts to different places in Georgetown and advice on what to do. The rooms come with a very quiet AC and a comfortable bed. The area is safe and a local store is less than 5 minutes walk away. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast of scrambled eggs with toast was just what I wanted. While they advertised a check-in and out time they are very flexible. Free Tea and coffee was supplied in the dining room."

Remember to bring PG Tips 😉.

"Mama MIREKA highly recommend. She is such a beautiful host. House is immaculate yards are very tidy. Absolutely enjoyed our stay. loved listening to her speak of her children. the love in her eye's that that shows for her children and moko's that live in Aotearoa when speaking of them. As well as her belated husband. Thank you so much for everything and opening up your home and making us feel like family I will always remember the aroha that you have shown us whilst our visit to Rarotonga. I wish you nothing but the best. I hope anyone that books your house respects and appreciates you and your beautiful whare/ house that you work hard to maintain. "Absolutely wonderful stay. The place was spotless, and everything was clearly very well cared for. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting, yet the location was excellent and very convenient. The room layout was very practical and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to feel comfortable right away. The internet was extremely fast and reliable. The bathroom was a real highlight — a fantastic shower with both a rain shower and a movable shower head, and the water pressure was excellent. The host was friendly, attentive, and very responsive to any questions. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place."

"We had a truly great stay at Vila Davor, Turistička 8- Peštani. The location is phenomenal, at least in our case with small children, because the apartment is less than 10 meters from the private beach with sunbeds. In same house there is a beach bar and kayak and sup board rental. There is a supermarket and several restaurants of national cuisine nearby. As for sightseeing, the entire area around the lake and the Galicica National Park are a 15-20 minute drive away. The host is pleasant and ready to help in any way that would make the stay more pleasant (cheers Mishko). The house is a little bit older, but the apartment is clean and tidy. The kitchen is shared and with basic things as it is noted in the offer so that is not a complaint. It is a bit more difficult to park if you have a large vehicle, but the host can find you a safe and large parking lot in the immediate vicinity. And the biggest plus at least for us- they are pet friendly."

"Fantastic, amazing,clean beautiful cosy place. Very friendly and felpful owner, he brought us butter, as I forgot and also tea. He helped me about what to see in the area. Very very cosy,home atmosphere. I am so so happy to choose this accomodation and I highly recommend it to everyone. At 10.00 pm there is silence. Parking next to house. Everything is very close."

The owner was so welcoming and shared the amazing story of how it was his great-great-grandfather who built it, such a cool piece of history. I also got to go up to the roof, which had a beautiful view overlooking the city and the neighborhood. Definitely made the stay extra special"

"A true homestay with warm hospitality and amazing facilities at the 7th floor. Located close to a MRT station, restaurants, shops and several green recreational areas."

For me, having visited the Singapore tourism highlights on a previous visit, it was not an issue at all, but good to be aware that those highlights take a bit of time to get to. Also good to be aware you are welcomed into an actual home while the owners are living there. It's part of the charm.

Der er ikke noget dårligt at sige om dette sted, det skulle da lige være at der er dårlig internet dækning.

I did not like that there were no mats on the bedroom floor or kitchen. No dish soap, no hands soap, no paper towel or even a kitchen towel. I been to one air BNB and two hotels and only blue star provided nothing for their guests. I was shocked but it is what it is. I learnt so I know now what to expect should I book it against. All in all it was a great stay and a beautiful place.
