"We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. Francisca en haar ouders zijn heel aardig en we werden warm welkom geheten. De tuin is prachtig en we hebben er heerlijk gelegen en genoten, gevolleybald en gezwommen. We hebben tomaten en watermeloen gekregen uit eigen moestuin! Heel lief en verrukkelijk. We waren ook heel blij met de locatie. Één en al rust en dichtbij op 20min rijden van de stad Braga en 30min van het prachtige Park National. We komen hier graag terug!"

Windows are not very soundproof, so for me, sleeping was difficult, but for a few nights, stay worth using ear plugs as the location is great.

Nothing really. However, it would be great if the property had a loundry machine, it gets tricky without one for longer stays with family. Internet connection would be great addition as well.

"Great location, welll appointed, clean and comfortable house. Well managed by a great host. Went the extra mile to assist us with organising a grocery shopping on our behalf on arrival day (we had an early evening arri Al with a 6 hour time difference and an early start work training programme the next day). Enjoyed being there. Wifi was excellent for work purposes. Everything worked and made for an easy and comfortable fault free stay. Will come back if I can."

Nothing the owner can do and more a note about the suburb. Its a nice area but lots of dogs. They can be quite noisy at times at night.

"Sfeervol, mooi huis, rustig gelegen, op 2 minuten loopafstand van een supermarkt en 7 minuten van het centrum.. Binnen een half uur loop je naar Jasna Lake. De gastheer is erg vriendelijk en reageert direct bij vragen per SMS."

Klein detail: het aantal stopcontacten in de keuken was beperkt, waardoor je nogal eens stekkers moest wisselen.

"Een ruime cabin op een prachtlocatie, met schitterend uitzicht over de vallei en op de vulkaan. Uitermate vriendelijk ontvangen en een zeer behulpzame gastheer. Er is AC op de slaapkamer. De BBQ hebben we met plezier gebruikt en daarvoor kregen we wat diesel om de kolen aan te krijgen. Het terrein wordt afgesloten met een automatisch hek, dat voelt veilig."

De hanen in de buurt maken je vroeg wakker, maar zo erg is dat nu ook weer niet.

"De locatie. Lekker rustig. Beetje vintage de cabin. Maar ik vond het grappig…"

"De ligging was perfect, pal in het stadje vlakbij alles en de uitbaters zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De accommodatie was prima uitgerust om zelf te koken. Er was een muskietennet om te beschermen tegen insecten, en dat was nodig. Op vraag om onze kleren te wassen, kregen we dezelfde dag nog onze kleren proper terug, dat was super snelle service."

Een algemene kritiek voor Tobago is loslopende honden. Ook dit verblijf heeft daar last van, wat maakt dat je niet rustig op het terras kan eten zonder lastiggevallen te worden door 'bedelaars'. Dat is natuurlijk iets waar de uitbaters weinig aan kunnen verhelpen.

A car is needed as there are few facilities close by.

"The location was excellent, its best suited for families and those who want to spend time in solitude a little away from hustle and bustle of main road. House is well equipped with ameneties. Be prepared with your own stuff and its like living in your own home."

Nothing But a word of caution the road to house comes down from main Abbottabad road for 6 minutes through some steep slopes, tight turns and a beautiful forest. In the Morning its amazing, at night chance of getting panicked. Dont panick! Just make sure your car has good engine, tyres and breaks.

"Patrick en Lisbeth zijn 2 geweldige mensen. Ophaal.van vliegveld, direct even stoppen bij supermarkt om alvast wat spullen te kopen. De gastvrijheid die je direct voelt. Je kunt voor alle vragen bij ze terecht en ze helpen waar ze kunnen. Ook de accommodatie was super. Op loopafstand van restaurants, winkels en openbaar vervoer. Hierdoor hebben wij een super vakantie gehad op het prachtige Barbados 😊😊"

"Nous avons apprécier tout d'abord la beauté de la maison où il y tout le confort qu'on puisse avoir besoin. Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, dépaysement complet. C'est un havre de paix. On s'y sent vraiment bien et comme chez nous. L'hôte de la maison est vraiment sympathique et prodigue de bons conseils. Superbe séjour."

Nous n'avons vraiment rien à redire sur la maison tant tout y est superbement agencé et ou tout est à notre disposition pour que le séjour se passe superbement bien. Nous n'avons vu aucun points négatifs à cette location.

"Everything. The owner and property manager worked with us the best I have ever had. They accommodated our request for more chairs/towels/life vests. They had kayaks, stand up paddle boards and beach cruisers available for us to use. It truely had it all in this remote area! The house had it all within too!"

Crazy amount of mosquitoes but outside the control of the rental.

"Staff are polite Chalet huge for family, very comfortable. Full equipment required especially in kitchen. Feel like home kitchen. Gardern very nice,"

"De ligging is heel centraal, vlak bij het oude centrum. Er is een privé parkeerplaats voor de deur. De kamers waren superschoon. Het huis is mooi gerestaureerd, met robuust materiaal en gezellig ingericht met stevig meubilair. Heerlijke bedden! Volledig ingerichte keuken. Julia is een vriendelijke gastvrouw, die ons wegwijs heeft gemaakt in het huis. Er stond fruit en drinken voor ons klaar. We voelden ons welkom!"

Eigenlijk niets.

"Wij kwamen vroeger aan dan gepland en mochten - ondanks dat de host nog aan het schoonmaken was al naar binnen. We hebben fijn alle spullen kunnen wassen en het huis was groter, schoner en fijner dan verwacht. De locatie vlakbij de oceaan is ook erg mooi, een veilige buurt. Heerlijk gebraaid op de binnen braai, in de zomer zou dit ook buiten kunnen."

We waren er in de winter, het huis was eigenlijk te koud. We hebben 3 zakken hout gestookt op de openhaard om het behagelijk te krijgen (overige wel goed dat je dit voor een schappelijke prijs kon kopen ter plekke).

"We had a wonderful week at Les Gites de Robinson. Communication with Carole had been excellent in the weeks prior to our holiday and when we did arrive she was so helpful and made us feel very welcome. The gite is spacious and spotlessly clean and the kitchen has all that is needed to prepare meals. The beds are very comfortable, the showers in both the modern bathrooms are excellent and, although we did not make use of it, the swimming pool is in a lovely garden setting. The gite is conveniently located in a quiet residential area, only about 300m from a well-stocked supermarket and bakery. We would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you for having us, Carole and Gilles!"

"This was a great house with all the facilities we needed for a 5 night stay. We were a group of 9 which is probably the maximum this house can take, the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but was fine for our shorter trip. Everything worked really well and the hotel this villa is connected to had great facilities like a sauna and hottib which were free to use. The host was great, the location for this villa is slightly incorrect on this site as it was a bit further out than we expected but the host was helpful in getting us transport everymoring to the ski centers."
