"Voortreffelijk ontbijt. Veel keus, typisch Pools. De eigenaar bakte 's nachts taart. Leuk om samen 's morgens aan 1 grote tafel te zitten met de overige gasten. 's morgens erg vroeg weer vertrokken naar huis. Ze hadden een compleet ontbijt in een tas klaar gezet voor ons."

"De ontzettend aardige eigenaar en personeel. Locatie was ook goed. Kamer ruim. Ik kreeg spontaan bij ontbijt heerlijke verse moringa thee. Ik heb geen oordoppen nodig gehad en dat had ik wel verwacht."

Goede prijs-kwaliteit. Bedden zoals bijna overal in Nepal hard.

"Prima lokatie, naast het paleis en de avondmarkt. Maar toch heerlijk rustig. De kamers zijn schoon en erg groot. En het gebouw is een mooi, historisch pand. Het personeel is erg aardig en zeer behulpzaam. We moesten al vroeg weg naar het vliegveld en toch hebben ze in alle vroegte nog een ontbijt voor ons klaargemaakt. Dat ontbijt is overigens prima, met vers sap / smoothie, ei en fruit."

Er hangt een TV maar zoals zo vaak is de ontvangst slecht. Maar ja, wie heeft op vakantie een TV nodig 😉

Beetje verouderd, maar alles werkte en was prima in orde.

"Locatie was perfect om Reykjavik te bezoeken. Op 200 meter heb je bushalte Klambratun waar je met buslijn 3(BSI busterminal) of 6 direct in het centrum bent. Lijn 55 brengt je naar de luchthaven. De citycard geeft je trouwens toegang tot gratis openbaar vervoer. Indien je dit niet wenst, wandel je ongeveer 15 minuten tot het centrum. De eigenaars van het guesthouse waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was eenvoudig maar lekker. Voor ons is die hele poespas 's morgens niet nodig."

Het viel niet echt tegen maar het was een beetje jammer dat je gedurende de dag de koffiemachine niet kan gebruiken. Na een lange wandeling of een uitstap kan een tas koffie deugd doen.

"De locatie was op zich goed, dichtbij een parkeergarage die zeker wel nodig was. Er was een redelijk ontbijt aanwezig. Het uitzicht was op de bergen met daarop nog de nodige sneeuw waar ook nog volop gebruik van werd gemaakt door de skiërs"

Het was in de ochtend druk met de auto's van het woon werk verkeer. Omdat er vooral bergen zijn, zijn er een beperkt aantal doorgaande wegen waar al het verkeer overheen moet met als gevolg filevorming

"De kamer was uit een Oosters sprookje, met een geweldige nis waar het bed in lag en een prachtige douche waar ik in zou kunnen scuba diven als ik hem als bad had kunnen gebruiken. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte is een droom en zo knus. Ik moest even wennen aan de wapperende vlaggetjes maar uiteindelijk bracht juist dat me in slaap. De breakfast / lunchroom die in het hotel ligt serveert heerlijk eten. Ik werd door Amira ontvangen alsof ik familie was en als female solo traveller waardeerde ik het enorm dat ze regelmatig even checkte hoe het met mij ging. Ik voelde me helemaal thuis toen de tweede dag de kat van het hotel mij adopteerde en vanaf dat moment elke nacht bij me sliep, 8 nachten lang."

Soms deed het water van de douche het niet, dan was er denk ik net elders in het hotel gedoucht. Het matras was aan vervanging toe, maar als je alleen bent kan je best een comfortabele plek vinden en heerlijk slapen.

Room didn’t look exactly how it does in the pictures, but was still nice. There were a lot of mosquitoes around though and I did get bitten in the night a lot due to no mosquito net, so make sure you wear repellent. Location is on the opposite side of bikini beach and next to the prison, but as the island is so small it’s still only a 15 minute walk away from the restaurants and main beach, however something to consider.

"Amazing and chilled place to stay just a few metres from great restaurants and the main plaza. Naum is the heart and soul of the hostel. He manages everything and takes good care of everything. The dorms are basic, the kitchen well equipped and breakfast included. Would recommend it any time"

"It is really decent. Not the best, but very sufficient for me. For 50$, I definitely got more than I expected. Free internet and electricity and kitchen and washing machine."

Not too clean (still very acceptable and I would return). Single bed (would loved to have 2 separate beds). Air conditioner is fairly weak.

You have to get used to the plane's noise. Nothing the property can do about.

"De locatie is perfect: middenin het oude centrum en alles op loopafstand. Timur en zijn vrouw zijn ontzettend aardig en laten je thuis voelen. Ze bereiden een geweldig uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt voor je elke ochtend en hij haalde ons op van het station. Het was een hele leuke ervaring om zo bij mensen thuis te slapen."

De matrassen op de bedden zijn wat oud en het gordijn sluit niet helemaal goed.

"The best thing about here is it's a great place to meet travellers in Bolivia and is very social. Very friendly, understanding and caring hosts. Good location and good facilities. Would come back again."

"This is a family recreational resort with some dorms. Mine was inside the main building near the inside pool and table tennis area. The showers and two toilets are those used by the pool guests. I was fortunate to have only one female dorm mate. There are lockers outside in the hallway and you are given a room key. The manager kindly lent me sheets. I liked the location in the woods not far from the pedestrian street."

The kitchen could use some new utensils. There were no cups or glasses, just some plastic cups.

"Pick up aan de luchthaven, onthaal, uitleg, rondleiding, ... Allemaal door vriendelijk en enthousiast personeel. Zeer behulpzaam. Kamers waren piekfijn in orde. Alles netjes."

Misschien boter bij het ontbijt.

"Wat een warme ontvangst door de eigenaren. Het appartement is schoon, er werd nog een extra deken gebracht."

Ik vond het matras te hard, maar dat is voor iedereen verschillend natuurlijk.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

"Great house with all the equipment you might need, including a microwave and full kitchen tools. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the host was wonderful—funny, talkative, and always helpful. The location is excellent, close to everything we wanted to see. You can park your car right in front of the house. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"Zooo dichtbij de zee!!! Je slaapt eigenlijk op het strand. We hadden een suite met uitzicht op zee. Daar zijn er vier van: de twee op de hoek hebben naast een groot tweepersoonsbed ook een derde (eenpersoons)bed. Voor ons ideaal, want we reisden met twee volwassenen en een kind. De afstand van je bed tot de zee is 10meter. Geweldig. Prima service. Bij ons was een kleine lekkage: direct deskundig verholpen. Heerlijk ontbijt in het restaurant dat ook op het strand zit."

"Echt een belevenis. Heel oud huis. Met heel vriendelijke mensen. Je kan echt voelen hoe het vroeger was. En nu nog steeds is. Wel airconditioning 👍👍"

Je neemt best een kleine rugzak mee voor de tijd dat je er logeert. Het is enkel te voet te bereiken. En het is klimmen op de kasseien naar boven.

Intermittent electricity due to poor infrastructure in Mount Hagen. The room is outside off a veranda so when it rains and the wind blows you might also get wet when going inside to use the toilet. I would have preferred a firmer mattress and slightly larger room.

"De host was enorm vriendelijk en gastvrij. We kwamen pas om 4 uur snachts aan bij het verblijf, maar dit was geen enkel probleem en hij ontving ons erg vriendelijk. Het appartement is basic, maar voor een overnachting dichtbij het vliegveld heb je niet meer nodig dan dit."
