"Prachtig ingericht, veel aandacht aan besteed, voorzien van alle gemakken en midden in centro storico."

Eigenlijk niets, maar als we dan iets moeten noemen dan de slaapbank (kraakt wel behoorlijk). Het gewone bed is superfijn!

Er is geen bar meer aanwezig en geen bar of winkeltje in de omliggende straten. Misschien thee of koffie voorzien op de kamer?

"Great location by the sea and near the harbour. Nice, old-fashioned interior decoration, mirroring the age of some of the buildings. Very friendly staff who let us keep our freezer packs in their freezer. We went kayaking for one night, could leave our car at their parking lot, and when we came back we could use their facilities to get a fresh water shower."

Het is een eenvoudige accommodatie, daar moet je je op instellen. Ook verbleven wij er tijdens de eerste koude nacht in de bergen en hadden we twee dekens en kleding nodig om warm te blijven. Daar kan de accommodatie verder weinig aan doen, maar wel goed om je te realiseren.

"Keeps its promises. The owner, Mr Fadiga saved my life after the Radisson hotel had cancel my booking (and the booking of 30+ guests) without informing us of this in advance. Facing the emergency situation, Mr Fadiga kindly confirmed and ensure there would be a room available for me. He told me that Mr Manet would pick me up from the airport and all promises were kept. Mr Manet was professional, friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end. He took me everyday to the the conference I had come to attend (1 hour away) and back. He was always punctual and easy to reach. This was an excellent service. The room was very large and clean. The hot water tank, air con and TV worked perfectly."

"It was really good value for money in the area, the breakfast was nice and filling, egg made fresh, avocado, toast, fruit, coffee and tea. The room was really nice we thought it might be cold but the blankets kept us perfect temperature. Only a 4 minute drive from the bus terminal. The man on reception kindly flagged a tuktuk down for us in the morning to the terminal."

The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. It feels a bit out of town but only a short drive away.

"Amazing and chilled place to stay just a few metres from great restaurants and the main plaza. Naum is the heart and soul of the hostel. He manages everything and takes good care of everything. The dorms are basic, the kitchen well equipped and breakfast included. Would recommend it any time"

"Vriendelijk ontvangen, mevrouw spreekt goed duits en geeft tips over het stadje. Hele dag door gratis koffie en thee, fijn om plekken te hebben om even te gaan zitten. Je kunt uit een koelkast drinken kopen. Goed ontbijt. Fijne ligging, je loopt zo het centrum binnen."

Alles was goed

"De kamer was uit een Oosters sprookje, met een geweldige nis waar het bed in lag en een prachtige douche waar ik in zou kunnen scuba diven als ik hem als bad had kunnen gebruiken. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte is een droom en zo knus. Ik moest even wennen aan de wapperende vlaggetjes maar uiteindelijk bracht juist dat me in slaap. De breakfast / lunchroom die in het hotel ligt serveert heerlijk eten. Ik werd door Amira ontvangen alsof ik familie was en als female solo traveller waardeerde ik het enorm dat ze regelmatig even checkte hoe het met mij ging. Ik voelde me helemaal thuis toen de tweede dag de kat van het hotel mij adopteerde en vanaf dat moment elke nacht bij me sliep, 8 nachten lang."

Soms deed het water van de douche het niet, dan was er denk ik net elders in het hotel gedoucht. Het matras was aan vervanging toe, maar als je alleen bent kan je best een comfortabele plek vinden en heerlijk slapen.

I luv the property

"Wij waren zoooo goed ontvangen van de gastheer en we voelden ons onmiddellijk in vakantiestemming. We kregen een drankje en moesten zelfs niet meer op zoek gaan om eten. Er werd heerlijk gekookt voor ons voor een aanvaardbare prijs. Een heel mooi stijlvolle villa met prachtige tuin. Op een goede locatie."

Er waren wel wat muggen, dus sprayen is de boodschap. Ik kan anders niks opmerken. De électriciteit viel hier ook even uit. Wat vaak gebeurd in Afrika

"Lovely jamaican couple running a little Guest House just 5 min away from the beach. The highlight of the stay was the pool and the served food for dinner. I highly recommend eating at the Guest House! The rooms were spacious and nicely temperature thanks to the well working AC. If you looking for a nice and peaceful place to stay close to kokrobite, don't miss out on that one!"

The only drawback was the heater kept switching off & I had to get the staff to turn it on a few times

"Wat een heerlijke accomodatie om vakantie te vieren! De bungalows zijn ruim, schoon en hebben een geweldig uitzicht. De douche is erg fijn. De bedden liggen heerlijk. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Een klein stukje lopen naar het strand en naar eettentjes in Muri. De hotspot werkt fantastisch. Het contact met de verhuurder is makkelijk. Heel fijn om ook gebruik te maken van het resort. Wanneer je daar een drankje besteld, kan je gebruikmaken van alle faceliteiten"

The lighting in the room was terrible. Having said that, they happily provided me with a reading lamp,

"Simpele kamers maar super schoon, fijne douche, goede koelkast en heerlijke bedden. De keuken was ook altijd schoon en hygiënisch. Er zijn genoeg plekjes om lekker te zitten, ook voor het ontbijt. Goed en gratis parkeren bij de accommodatie. Het personeel, wij zijn ontvangen door Magdy, is ook super vriendelijk en denkt met ons mee. Voor ons was de locatie top, onze vrienden wonen dichtbij en je kan makkelijk wandelen naar het gezellige plantsoen Marie Pampoen en naar Pietermaai/Punda. Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad hier!"

"Good location by the sea which is not far from the main street of Palau where you can find restaurants and groceries (less than 10 minutes walking). Huge room and comfy beds. The staff is really friendly and he dropped us off at the airport. No complaints"
