"We stayed for 4 days and considered to stay longer. There are no stairs to climb, that's good for elderly ladies and kids. From the yard you can see the Bagrati Cathedral. We arrived at night and didn’t have a problem to get in, our check-out was also night time and very easy and non-problematic. We thank hosts for communicating via WhatsApp about check-out and check-in. The guesthouse is located very close to the city center, market, parks, etc. We didn't use public transport. Internet connection was strong enough for voice and video calls. We were specifically looking for accommodation with a private toilet and shower. All was provided. Because of the diet we cook ourself and kitchen stuff was enough for us."

"This is a ground floor, that is why you need sleepers. At night you can turn on gas heater if needed. We used just once, our visit happened in October. Electronic light inside helps a lot as one ordinary window is to the shadow side and another small window is just for ventilation. There are several buildings in the yard and car parking. You never feel alone. Shower is of old style, without a curtain, but functions well and gives hot and cold water without problem. For a kid you should ask for a bath basin."

"The hosts were very, very nice! We were invited for the coffee and snacks, went for a guided by host tour to the city centre, and spent the evening discussing Georgian culture and such. Definitely recommend!"
