"I had a fantastic stay at New Gudauri Atrium Ski and Dream Apartments and couldn’t fault it. The apartment was modern, spotless, and very well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable ski holiday. The balcony and mountain views were a real highlight, especially after a day on the slopes. The location is excellent – right in New Gudauri, with easy access to the lifts, ski rental, restaurants, and shops. It made everything incredibly convenient and stress-free. The building itself is well maintained, warm, and quiet, with lift access and good security. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, and check-in/check-out were straightforward. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the stay, and having a fully equipped kitchen was a big plus. Overall, a high-quality apartment in a prime location. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gudauri for skiing or a mountain break."

"Mooie, oude wijk, dichtbij centrum. Rustige straat met superleuk restaurant/ café binnen 100 meter. Ook op 5 minuten lopen hip plein Fabrika met toffe restaurantjes en koffieterrasjes. Mooie kamer met balkon, welkome en hulpvaardige hosts."
