"The property itself was very nice, comfortable and spacious."

The location was tricky— the North side of Caye Caulker is only accessible via a ferry which will run you $2.00pp Belize each direction. This adds up quickly when you have a family and would like to swing by your room throughout the day. There isn’t much to do on the North island— everything is located on the South side. The property was located on the edge of the mangroves and crocodiles can actively be heard throughout the day and night, so we didn’t utilize the kayaks or the beach that is pictured. Mosquitoes are BAD on the North Island. I’ve never encountered anything remotely reminiscent of the swarms that immediately descend upon you, and even with bug spray we are all very chewed up after our quick walks to and from the property and waiting for the ferry.

"The place is even better than the pictures. The decoration of the Villa is sophisticated and functional, everything is spacious and well thought. Star went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. We had SUCH a great time, I cannot recommend this place enough."

There are no restaurants or bars nearby, so renting a golf cart really helps with that.

We also really appreciated the amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the cooking supplies we needed, which made preparing meals simple and enjoyable. It felt more like a home than a rental."
