"The apartment was very well located - close to lake ( plage de Marquisat) and is only a 10-15 mins walk from the old town. It was also very spacious and has all the amenities, including washer dryer and lots of toys for our 5 year old. The apartment was new and clean, with comfy beds. There was also parking in the garage. It was perfect for our week long stay in Annecy."

"The living room seemed a bit small and the furniture took up a lot of the living room. As the apartment is in a new development and the address is new, it was a bit difficult to find it at the beginning. It would have helped if the owners/agents provided some additional information/instructions on how to find the apartment, before we arrived."

"L'appartement était très bien équipé, propre, bien décoré. Meubles de qualité, je comprends la caution préventive. Il y avait même un piano dans le salon ! Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous avions un garage fermé pour la voiture. La vieille ville est à 10-15 min à pied. Aucun souci avec la caution. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine."

"Les conditions de paiements paraissaient un peu étranges, entre la caution et des frais de linges non inclus dans le premier paiement de réservation (frais payables entre la réservation et l'arrivée sur place). Je tiens à préciser que le personnel a pris du temps pour m'expliquer tout ça et qu'au final, tout était correct mais ce n'était pas forcément clair à la réservation."
