"The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and I had back and neck pain; there was an extra 20 euro charge just to leave an extra duvet, pillows and a bed sheet for the sofa bed which does not seem reasonable to me. There was not enough toilet roll for a four-day stay, we had to buy some which we left at the apartment. There is a lot of noise at night, you can hear everything upstairs and there is a lot of hanging from the building and street at night and in the day."

"Responsive host, great location, a lot of useful amenities in the flat. Easy and clear instructions. Not as loud as I was expecting considering the other reviews, there is a bit of passage by the flat but nothing that bothered us. Perfect if you are out most of the day."
