"Superfijne en rustige locatie. Dichtbij een kleine supermarkt en een kleine parkeerplaats (betaald) Grotere parkeerplaats is iets verder en die is gratis. Bij ons was daar geen plaats. Binnen 5 minuten ben je aan de rand van het centrum waar al heel veel leuke cafés, restaurants en koffiebarretjes zitten. En op het hoekje van de straat zit een hele lekkere bakker. In de keuken had je meer dan dat je voor een paar dagen nodig hebt en alles was netjes. De deur gaat open met een toegangscode en dat vonden wij top. Snelle reactie van de verhuurder."

"A typical "Fachwerk" house with all the related features such as narrow steep staircase or low noise isolation. Still a very authentic experience, very close to city centre. Very good shower."

"The old world quirky charm of the authentic features gave us the true feeling of what it is like living in Rouen,. It had everything we needed for the perfect stay and is so closely located to the city making it an easy walk in to see Ll the historic places. The hosts were wonderful, we had a small issue but the were very responsive to the messages and it was dealt with very swiftly with a happy smile and friendly approach. This is a character property filled with charm and original features which made my holiday in Rouen a wonderful experience. When I come back will definitely be staying here again."

"The apartment was exactly as pictured and had a nice cosy feel to it. We found it a little hard to find with several one-way streets to navigate but was easy access. Good location, very close to walk to the main square and some fast food options on the same street. Beds were comfy and great facilities. Would recommend :)"

"The sliding door to the main bedroom was hanging off the bar and almost fell off at one point. Pretty dangerous and meant we couldn't fully close it for privacy. Reported during stay and they said they would visit and fix."

"No dishwasher. The mattress of the sofa bed moves a lot when turning in the bed. Bringing bigger luggage is not possible as the staircase is tiny."

"The location and the old medieval building the apartment was in are amazing. Inside are all the old beams, and the apartment was done nicely. The beds are comfortable. The street is a bit noisy, but with the windows closed no sound from outside can be heard. Had a good time there."

"There were no table lamps in the living room or bedroom and no wine glasses either. The addition of these would have made the place perfect."

"Ideal location, only 10 to 15 minutes from the city center and cathedral. Nicely renovated from the inside, new kitchen, beds and sofas. Also cosy decorated which makes you feel at home."

"Across the street is a Libanese street food bar which was quite noisy till late in the evening, so we had to sleep with the windows closed, although we were there in the middle of a heatwave (32 degrees).. Also nearby parking is all street parking for a maximum of 4 hours, but there is a free parking space at a 10 minutes walk."
