"Zeer vriendelijke en attente host. Goede communicatie tijdens reis met praktische aanwijzingen voor parkeren etc. Alles zeer schoon. Keuken en badkamer nieuw, modern en volledig ingericht. Je kunt het zo gek niet bedenken of het is er. Inclusief gourmetstel. Goed bedden, opgemaakt, ook handdoeken etc aanwezig. Zeer geschikt voor gezinnen of voor 3 stellen. (Wel doen met 1 badkamer dan). Als we al iets misten was het een balkon of tuin, maar in de zonnige, brede vensterbanken zitten en uitkijken op het pleintje ook erg leuk. Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor D-day stranden."

"Mooi nieuw appartement in het centrum van het havenstadje. Alles was voorzien, zelfs een wasmachine en een droger. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren, Nicolas en Florence hadden zelfs een paas verrassing neergezet."

"Absolutely amazing accommodation! Nicolas was a fantastic and caring host. The place is wonderful – if you're heading to Normandy, this is the obvious choice. Spacious, everything worked perfectly, and it had a truly unique charm. Located right in the center of a picturesque village, yet with easy parking nearby. Surrounded by lovely little restaurants and cafés. Truly a great experience – and once again, Nicolas was simply outstanding!"

"You need to stay here, it's a home away from home. It has everything you could possibly need to spend a few days to explore Normandy. This little town is just gorgeous, with many options to eat out, and free parking, steps away from your front door. And the owner, Nicolas, couldn't have done any more for us, he's a fantastic host!!!!"

"Great location if you want to be in the middle of things. Nicolas is a great host and it helps that his shop is below. Port-en-Bessin is a lovely little fishing village and you have access to all you need."

"If you don't like buzzing street life until midnight, you may have a problem. Not so for us."

"The apartment was exceptional - beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We used it as a base to visit the D-Day landing beaches and the Bayeux Tapestry. The port itself has an interesting wartime history and a regular fish market. There were plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars just a stones throw from the apartment. We were lucky enough to be staying over Bastille Day and there was a magnificent fireworks display to mark the celebration."
