"Buona posizione che ci permetteva di raggiungere il centro a piedi. La casa é ben insonorizzata e anche se vicino alla stazione è al piano rialzato non si sentono rumori, é tranquilla. La cucina è ben attrezzata e ci sono due sedie aggiuntive nel ripostiglio, molto comode. Il bagno pulito e abbastanza spazioso. Le scale di pietra che portano al piano inferiore (interrato) sono caratteristiche, di pietra e un po’ curvano come una scala a chiocciola ma sono belle ampie. Luminosa e spaziosa. I letti erano molto comodi, anche il divano letto non era male."
