"It is a lovely and well furnished apartment. It’s spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 1 study room with sofa bed. It’s a 10-15 min walk to the train station, with grocery shops, bakeries and restaurants nearby. I love the kitchen, well equipped with a 2 door fridge, stove, oven, microwave and a dishwasher! The host allowed us to check out late as our train to Paris was at night. We really appreciate suck kindness and hospitality, will stay here again when we visit Nice!"
"As we stayed for a week, perhaps the toiletries were too little for 4 people. Further, it will be good to check the expiry dates of the spices in the kitchen and replenish the empty jars. We didn’t have any salt and olive oil during our stay."

"Die Wohnung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Nizza. Tolle Lage, Bus schräg gegenüber, Bahnhof in Laufnähe. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war wunderbar und mit drei Toiletten auch für größere Gruppen geeignet. Die offene Küche lädt zum Kochen und Verweilen ein. Wir waren sehr zufrieden - auch unser Kontakt zum Vermieter lief reibungslos ab."

"Muy bonito y moderno. Bien equipado. La propietaria muy atenta y pendiente de lo que necesitábamos. El apartamento estaba limpio y esta reformado y es muy funcional. No funcionaba el lavavajillas pero ya nos había avisado. La ubicación y vistas preciosas. Parecía complicado aparcar, pero hemos encontrado sitio en la puerta, porque la mayoría aparca para ir a la playa o de cenar y cuando se van se quedan sitios libres."

"We loved everything about this apartment! It was spacious, light, very clean, very comfortable and just lovely to be in. Great location, very near train station, chateau, cathedral, botanical garden. Right across the street from Musee de Beaux Arts which is well worth going to. Kitchen was very well equipped and the bed and pillows very comfortable. Maria from Cocoonr very kindly met us at our requested time to tie in with our train arrival. She was great to deal with."
