"Een heel mooi appartement op een fijne locatie in de stad. In het appartement zou ik zo kunnen wonen. Alles zit er in, van een wasmachine tot een oven. En daarnaast is het ook nog heel mooi. De accomodatie zit op 100 meter van een 10 tal restaurants maar je hebt in het appartement geen last van enige drukte buiten."

"Als ik dan een klein ding mag noemen dan is dat het ventilatie systeem. Er zit een soort ventilatie systeem in het appartement dat soms aan gaat en soms uit staat. Dit systeem maakt een constant zoemend geluid alsof er iemand in de kamer naast je zijn haar aan het föhnen is. Toen ik er was heeft het systeem 75% van de tijd aangestaan, ook snachts,"

"goede locatie vlakbij het centrum, heel compleet allemaal, heeft allerlei voorzieningen. het heeft een beetje vreemde verdeling van de kamers, maar dat was verder niet erg. ook leuk is het terrasje buiten, wat ook overdekt is."

"het was zondag en maandag erg onrustig op straat, dus erg rumoerig parkeren kan in de buurt, is wel betaald, maar valt mee qua prijs. met een beetje pech moet je een eindje slepen met je spullen tip voor de verhuurder, voor de zomer een ventilator neerzetten, door het rumoer was het niet fijn om het raam open te hebben voor verkoeling, dus het was zweten of herrie"

"De ligging van appartement was top, in het oude centrum vlakbij leuke restaurantjes en bezienswaardigheden in Caen. het appartement was ruim, gezellig ingericht en had zelfs een klein buitenterras! Tip voor parkeren....op grote parkeerplaats op 150 meter afstand, goed en goedkoop voor grote stad."

"Location excellent, v close to the old part of town with restaurants/ cafes. Also v easy walk to all the main sights/ sites. Very generously equipped flat - everything you would need was there, in quantity. V useful to have a washing machine as we were there for 6 nights - great to do a load. Loved the terrace, ate meals there often. Overall an excellent stay"

"We liked absolutely everything. The accommodation is litle piece of art. Everything is nicely arranged with everything needed. Close to Carn town centre as well,lots of restaurants around. But again, I don't have enough words to describe how beautiful the flat is:the colours, the furniture, amazing. Aurelian is a very nice host, an artist in how he arranged everything. P. S checking in it was very smooth and easy!"

"Charming old stone property, with a modern twist , particularly the swish bathroom, the only down side would be access for some people, flat is on first floor, with circular stone staircase, no handrail, we both managed with suitcases etc, I'm 69years, but if you had mobility problems, you might look elsewhere,."

"This is a cozy apartment where you can feel at home directly in the city center of Caen. The host welcomes us with a bottle of cold water (in the summer heat) and a bottle of wine. The contact with the host was friendly, easy, and immediate. All facilities were according to the description, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable. The small terrace is adorable. We were afraid of the noise caused by the city's nightlife, but even Friday evening was pretty calm and quiet."

"The only minuses we can point out are: - loud ventilators - when we arrived, the boiler (hot water) was switched off - it's hard to park directly in this area, especially for free (but there are reasonable possibilities in the nearby)"

"Shower has no curtains/doors, which is very annoying. The dishwasher might not work, I turned it on, it made some sounds but didn't wash the dishes. If I did something wrong, maybe include instructions, as it isn't obvious"
