"Un peu déçus par l'exposition du studio, aucune vue sur extérieur, uniquement 2 fenêtres de toit (non mentionné sur photo) mais nous y étions surtout pour dormir ... nous avons rencontré les propriétaires, très accueillants et disponibles et leur avons fait part des qqs désagréments mais aussi des points positifs."

"Beautiful secluded area. Spacious private quaint and historic accommodation (the gatehouse to a private Chateau) with modern facilities - toilet and shower room almost new appearance. We didn't use the private Jacuzzi (September and variable weather), but it was there if we cared to, as were several chairs in the very large garden area. Plenty of coffee (Senseo Classic) tea/sugar/etc provided and some bottled water too. Check out the Robin's nest next to the key locker - that's going to bring some joy in spring! The close-by village church 'Bells of Doom' at 8am caused some amusement - seems so loud as the place is very quiet otherwise 😄. We enjoyed our stay, thank you."

"Locatie is in een normale wijk, beetje smalle straat, relatief makkelijk te vinden. Parkeren van de auto voor de accommodatie, maar auto staat dan half op het trottoir, wat kennelijk is toegestaan (auto is niet weggesleept, of waarschuwing). De studio is nieuw gerenoveerd en ziet er geweldig uit, alles nieuw en schoon en onbeschadigd. Prima atmosfeer en uitstraling om even te vertoeven en te relaxen. Keuken goed uitgerust met alle benodigdheden, zelfs koffie en thee staat klaar om te gebruiken, bijzonder aangenaam. Ook een privé tuin met zithoekje beschikbaar, omheind en afgesloten, heel prettig. Verder is het een rustige omgeving, weinig omgevingsgeluiden, geen geluidshinder. Aangenaam vertoeven voor een rustig, relaxed verblijf en goede nachtrust. De host is vriendelijk en reageert snel en efficient op evt vragen of verzoeken."

There is a lovely bakery just as you walk out of the lane on to the main road, 1 minute walk from the apartment. The facilities in the apartment are great. Has all cooking utensils etc."
"The place is great - plenty of space in the gite, a really good sized pool, and a peaceful location. The kids loved the chance to see and help feed the animals, and the play area. But the best part was the fantastic warm welcome and hospitality of Jörg and Jue, who made our stay so special. We loved seeing and hearing all about the restoration of the estate, and had a great time here."
