"Locatie, midden in de stad. Vanaf een klein balkon was de kathedraal te zien. De host gaf via WhatsApp tips over Chartres. O.a. over de kathedraal die in de avond verlicht is. Compleet appartement, alles is er wat je nodig hebt. Host reageerde gelijk op berichten."

"Locatie was echt super, midden in het centrum en doordat het op de 4e verdieping zat mooi uitzicht over de stad en weinig last van geluid. De host tipte ons ook nog voor een mooie lichtshow. Het appartement was erg mooi en netjes en ruimer dan we dachten!"

"De host had wel netjes verteld waar we de sleutels op konden halen, we wisten alleen niet dat het 15 min lopen was (hadden we zelf ook kunnen opzoeken, maar dat viel net even tegen omdat we 's avonds laat pas aankwamen). De publieke parkeerplaats is ook maar maximaal 2 uur parkeren. Dat werd niet vermeld op booking.com"

"Heel toffe locatie niet ver van het centrum. Mooi appartement, netjes en alles goed onderhouden. Een echte aanrader. Heel fijne eigenaars ook met vlotte communicatie."

"Het appt is op de vierde verdieping, en er is geen lift. Voor ons geen minpunt, maar voor veel mensen wel belangrijk."

"The bed was comfortable, the window shutters blocked all the light and I enjoyed the terrace with view. The location was very convenient; 10 minute walk from the train station and cathedral. Supermarket and cafes less than one minute walk. Fyi, it's on the 4th floor, no elevator."

"Nice, spacious apartment on the fourth (top) floor of the building. Super lovely balcony with a great view of the sunset/sunrise and street below. 15min walk from the train station. Host was very great at communicating with us about where to pick up the keys and how to get into the building."

"There was no elevator so lugging suitcases up the stairs + bringing them down again early in the morning while trying not to be too noisy was quite an effort. Not a deal breaker though, many places in Europe don't have elevators! Just something to consider. Fans didn't work amazingly so was quite hot in the room, but with a door open it was okay."

"Really good communication from the host. Beautiful top roof apartment with small outdoor terrace. Location was perfect to do everything on foot."

"It was at on the 4th floor without an elevator. Good for the legs and stamina after a day of drinking champagne. It’s not a drama, but you need to get used to it."
