"I don't understand why some people rated this place so low, but looking at a few comments, it's entirely your fault if you can't open a door with an electronic door lock, as instructions couldn't be any clearer... This place is central, clean, quiet and overall very pretty. Sure, there are some drawbacks, but for $45 per night in the middle of Colmar, I'm not sure what people think they're getting. My Morocco room was ready before 3 PM and I could get in without problems. Aida was prompt and answered my questions, and my stay was quite nice!"

"I do love hard mattresses, but the bed in my room was a bit too hard! That was no problem, I'd slept well 3 out of 4 nights, but yes, I'd choose a medium-hard one for the future. Also, the room was a tiny bit cold, yet after turning the AC unit on for half an hour before bed, I stayed warm throughout the night."
