Het Nesima Resort beschikt over een buitenzwemgedeelte met zonneterras en een bar bij het lagune. Het duikcentrum aan het strand biedt duiklessen, op slechts 2 minuten lopen van het hotelcomplex. Jeepsafari's en kameelrijden kunnen door het receptie worden geregeld. Tevens zijn er wandeltochten naar het Sint-Catharinaklooster te organiseren. De koepelvormige verblijven zijn voorzien van airconditioning en gratis WiFi. Sommige hebben een eigen patio met horizon op het aquatische ontthermaal badnningszone en de Golf van Aqaba. Andere hebben adembenemend uitzicht op de tuin of de stad Dahab. Het 4-sterren eetgelokaliseerdheid serveert continentaal ontbijtbuffetten en internationale gerechten. Drankjes worden geserveerd in de bar of de lounge op het dak. Het resort heeft veel winkels met onder meer souvenirs en snacks, en een pinautomaat. De luchthaven Sharm el Sheikh ligt op een uur rijden van Nesima. Een pendeldienst van/naar de luchthaven is op verzoek beschikbaar.

"Great setting with downtown on one side and the quiet beach walk on the other. V close to all restaurants and bars. Lovely swimming pool and presentation. Nice size room and good service. My go to place when in Dahab. Always a treat."

"The locations was perfect near from every thing in mamsha dahab, the pool was amazing and clean also it sees the sea, the open buffet was great with good quality and variety of served food, the amazing views inside the hotel with lovely flowers and alot of trees and palm trees, it was a perfect stay."
"I didn't like the bed, it was not comfortable as i were expected it is made of steel with a thin mattress, the every day cleaning was poor, also the room was too small, Also room number 15 is a pool view room but the bed was directed to the other side of the room, to the door so the view is missing."
