"De kamer was ruim, groot bed en het bed lag heerlijk! Ook heerlijk rustig, geen lawaai. Hostel ligt afgelegen van het centrum: voordeel is dat het zo rustig, nadeel is dat je dan lang moet lopen of een taxi moet nemen. Communicatie met host erg goed!"

"We vonden de badkamer en keuken wat minder. Die laatste was buiten, waardoor er toch wel veel insecten zaten en moeilijk te beoordelen welke handdoeken/pannen etc echt schoon waren."

"Restful location. A rare opportunity to be in a rural location without blaring music from the neighbour's or without being woken by a chorus of dogs, or roosters. Andres arranged the taxi services for us and the rates were reasonable. A good place to relax after long term travel."

"This is such a beautiful place, surrounded in nature, beautiful outside kitchen on large covered veranda, comfy hammocks and chairs and nice big table for communal meals. Showers are lovely hot and good water power. Comfortable beds. Good WiFi. Andres the host is just lovely. super helpful and encourages you to make it your home."

"A beautiful accommodation, the loveliest we’ve stayed in in Ecuador, and for a great price. Well equipped kitchen, quite social and very peaceful. The owner, Andres, was very helpful and accommodating and he had a very friendly dog too. The shower was also lovely and hot. Wish we could’ve stayed here longer!"

"It is a little out of the centre of Mindo, but you can either walk the 35-45 minute path through the jungle, or Andres will quickly and cheaply get you a trusted driver to take you the whole way for $4"
