"De kamer was prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien, een heerlijke douche, fijn bed, alles netjes en schoon en een hele goede ligging voor mooie hikes. De eigenaar was heel meedenkend, lief en goed bereikbaar. Ik zou iedereen aanraden die in Paúl verblijft om hier te slapen."

"Goede service van de eigenaar, hij hielp met alles. Reageerde super snel en dacht met je mee. Zelfs toen m’n dochter haar medicatie was vergeten hielp hij ons terug en hoefde we niet terug naar het andere eiland."

"Er was geen airco wel ventilator maar dat hielp niet het was bloedheet. Zonde want het is een prachtige accommodatie maar qua warmte niet te doen voor ons. Wij hebben dat aangegeven maar daar kon hij niets aan doen. Ik kan niet slapen met het lawaai van de ventilator."

"Lovely find in Paul. The owner was very friendly and easy-going, helping us with anything we needed including transfers on the way back. The apartment itself was such good value for money. It is about 5 min walk from the seafront in Paul and it has beautiful views of the Paul Valley from the terrace where we played cards as the sun set. It is newly built, the shower is hot, wifi is great and the beds are comfy. Check in was easy and the owner left lots of maps for the local area and walk options. Would recommend!"

"Had a gorgeous stay here the rooks are spacious modern and clean ! The balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains and location is good walking distance to hiking trails, shops and restaurants would stay again ! Thankyou"

"Wow! We didn't expect how lovely this place is designed. The pictures don't match the real world experience. It easily outperforms most 4 star hotels in Europe - super modern and well thought of. In addition the host is most caring and welcoming. Also it is perfect to do the most stunning hike on Santo Antao, from Cova to Pombas. Just book it, you certainly won't be disappointed. Many thanks to the host!"

"Neues, solides Gebäude, schönes Zimmer (Nr. 3) mit kleinem Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher, sehr gute Dusche, tolle (Gemeinschafts-)Terrasse und ein äusserst freundlicher Vermieter, der uns u.a. auch Tipps für Wanderungen gab. Das Ganze zu einem äußerst fairen Preis. Frühstück muss man in einem der nahe gelegenen Restaurants einnehmen oder selber machen. Es war die in Summe beste Unterkunft während unserer 3-wöchigen Reise. Der Ort ist sehr klein, aber als Ausgangspunkt für 2 - 3 sehr schöne Wanderungen ideal."
