"The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The room was very clean. The breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options. The hotel has a homey feel to it. The bed was great and the pillows were outstanding!"

"My only complaint was that the room smelled like it had once been a smoking room. Even though it's listed as non-smoking, it's easy to tell when a room hasn't always been one. Maybe another ozone bomb or something might help. I'm really sensitive to odours, so maybe it was just me."

"I was in Lethbridge for a birthday/anniversary party. So I did not partake in any food or amenities that the hotel provided. It was quiet and I had a good sleep."

"We booked through Booking.com. My husband did the bookings for 3 rooms for my brother and sister. We did not notice any place to add their names although we didn't really look. Unfortunately, my husband ended up in the Emergency room of Foothills Hospital the day that my brother and sister travelled to Lethbridge. Even though they had the confirmation number and all our info, the reception was not going to allow them to stay. They tried to call us but there seemed to be dead zones in the hospital where my husband was held. A more experienced receptionist vouched for them which we were very thankful for. We are all in our 60's and 70's so it seemed a little ridiculous that it would be thought that they were trying to scam the hotel. I understand it is probably policy and next time we will be more cognizant of putting their names on the booking as well. Again, we are very thankful for the lady that allowed them to take their rooms."

"Every staff member we encountered were all so friendly and focused on the guests. From the front desk staff to the cleaning staff everyone was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the pool area with hot tub and waterslide, which is especially nice after a hot day exploring Southern Alberta. The hotel is easy to find with your car, has lots of parking, and it's quick to get on the road South if you are heading that way."

"The AC units are really noisy, functioning, but loud for what we have experienced at other hotels. We actually turned it off because it was waking us up. More just due to age than anything else, since newer AC units are quieter."
