"We kwamen pas na middernacht aan, rechtstreeks van de ferry, maar dat was geen enkel probleem — de incheck verliep vlot en efficiënt. Het hotel is duidelijk gewend aan late aankomsten. Bij aankomst kregen we gratis flesjes water, omdat er een probleem was met het kraantjeswater. Een attente oplossing! We sliepen in een ruime kamer met een comfortabel kingsize bed en een prachtig uitzicht op het water. Het hotel heeft een authentieke uitstraling, wat bijdraagt aan de charme van het verblijf. ’s Avonds hebben we in het restaurant gegeten — het was echt heel lekker!"

"Hotel is older and not very sound proof. Noise transfer from other rooms was very apparent. Later evening noise was minimal so able to sleep easily."

"The hot tub wasn’t working for most of the stay and it’s also a bit out of the way for privacy reasons probably but wasn’t inviting even if it had been open."

"Shrimp Benny was good (more than 5 or 6 sm pieces of shrimp would have been nice. My 2nd day bacon mushroom scramble was almost uneatable. Severely overcooked egg. Could hardly cut through it with a fork. Never complained, never explained. Left the worst of it on the plate. The potatoes were great, service was great."

"Excellent location. Comfortable, clean, quiet room. Small refrigerator in room. Dinner at restaurant was lovely. The cafe had good Starbucks coffee and opened at 7am. Staff were very helpful."

"We stayed two nights. The first morning at 8am there was only lukewarm water in the shower. That evening and the following morning at 6am there was lots of hot water so must have just been an issue at peak use times. The hotel was pretty full those days. The tap water isn't good in Prince Rupert so we didn't drink that (but the hotel supplied a couple of small water bottles each day)."
