"Willem is een hele aardige host die je gelijk enthousiast vertelt over wat er te doen is in de buurt. De kamers zijn brandschoon en het rook lekker toen we binnenkwamen."

"Het buiten kunnen zitten op de veranda, tips van de eigenaar (nederlands), zoals boswandel route met waterval en eventuele dieren in het wild. En een bezoek aan de warm waterbron baden van de aardwarmte, vulkaan. Zo'n 50 graden en richting rivier iets koeler."

"Willem, the host, was delightful and so helpful. We arrived super early but this was not at all a problem. Before we even checked in he very kindly offered us some towels so that we could go and enjoy the hot springs park, which is about 1 mile up the road and a beautiful drive to there too. Our room was on the upper level, so a steep flight of stairs to take. Ask for a lower level room if you have mobility issues. But we had afternoon sun and it was more peaceful at the level as we had no one else staying in rooms near us. A real kettle as well as coffee machine, plus actual wine glasses and China mugs, rather than plastic or paper. Very much appreciated."

"William, the owner of the motel, is an outstanding gentleman. He was extremely friendly and helpful when I asked for assistance. He even provided a wealth of information and thoughtfully prepared a booklet with menus from nearby restaurants, making it easy to decide where to eat. I will definitely return next time. Highly recommended to everyone considering a stay at Brook."
