"we waren er drie nachten, jammere is dat de schoonmaaksters alleen bed hadden opgemaakt. Er was niks schoongemaakt of bijgevuld, zoals toiletpapier, waardoor we zonder zaten op een gegeven moment."

"Loved this hotel! It's about a 25 minute golf cart ride from the centre of the island so it's a little way out but it's quiet and peaceful. Just dusty because the road is unpaved at the moment. The staff were incredible, everyone super friendly, professional and helpful. It was a windy few days for us so we couldn't get to use the beach much but another 20 minutes on is Secret Beach so we would go there instead. The pool here is great, plenty of loungers and space for everyone to relax. The rooms were clean, beds comfy and shower powerful!! Brilliant value for money and we even got a free upgrade. Would definitely stay here again but you definitely need to hire a golf cart to get around the island. Perfect for if you want to get out the real hum of the island but there are still plenty of food places nearby."

"I loved this resort! I'm so happy we found it and Raquel made us feel right at all. The entire staff was great to be honest. When we walked in my god child screamed, "This is as big a house." The AC stood out the most to me. I've been to island and often times the place wouldn't get cold enough but when we walked in I was punched in the face by the draft of Alaska, just as I like it. The pool was phenomenal. Had I not dragged the girls out, they wouldn't have done anything else. Everyday our room was cleaned before we got back. If you know how to kayak, paddle board or wind surf it is all available to you for FREE. You're also in close proximity to secret beach and I'd much rather have a shorter drive to Secret Beach than to the city because the road to the city is easier."

"There was a bit of construction/renovations happening at the resort. This is temporary so maybe when you go it'll be complete."

"The distance from the town and due to rain and part of the road to resort was not a comfortable ride on golf carts that my sciatica flared up on the second day due to bumpy roads."

"Before we arrived we had great communication with the hotel. They were able to book our travel arrangements before we got there since we had to hop to the island itself. Once we got there, from the car ride, to the boat ride, to the front desk everyone was so kind and gave 5 star customer service. Nigel in particular who was our server during our stay was incredible. Very kind, always ready to help, gave us great local recommendations and a lot of history about the island itself. We also loved that we were at the half way mark between the town and Secret Beach."

"The roads right outside of the hotel are not great, and if you have any injuries I really don't recommend it. Hopefully in a couple of years the roads will be fixed and we did go during the rainy season but it was a potholes and very wet. The roads were super bumpy right outside the hotel, but as we drove more into town the roads were between which means hopefully the hotel can one day invest in better roads."
