"Super vriendelijk personeel! Één van de medewerkers heeft ons allerlei tips gegeven over wat er te doen is in de stad en goed geholpen bij het boeken van tours! Locatie midden in de stad maakt het makkelijk om naar leuke plekken te gaan en het ontbijt is redelijk uitgebreid."

"Het bed kraakte enorm en bij ons verblijf moesten we buiten langs om bij onze badkamer te komen wat in de avond/nacht vrij koud is."

"Gezellig accommodatie met heel erg vriendelijk personeel. Ik was mijn portemonnee vergeten bij het vorige hotel en ze hebben mij hier heel erg geholpen om dat dezelfde! dag alweer terug te krijgen. Daarnaast goed geholpen met het boeken van nachtbus. Spreken goed Engels bij receptie."

"Erg grote slaapkamer met een fijn bed. Wij hadden een eigen badkamer maar wel buiten de slaapkamer. Dit was verder helemaal prima. Je wordt vriendelijk begroet en het personeel hielp zelfs met het betalen van de taxi (accepteerde opeens geen creditcard meer...). Zijn ook erg behulpzaam met het uitzoeken van tours en eerlijk in het aangeven of je het ook zonder tour kan doen om geld te besparen. Locatie: 10"

"Enige minpuntje was dat het water in de douche niet wegliep. Tijdens het douchen moet je dus even in de kou wachten tot je weer verder kan douchen (ik weet niet hoe dit bij andere kamers was)."

"The staff here are just awesome! I'm terrible with names and have forgotten all of them *facepalm* but I can honestly say that they were so kind and friendly and helpful! The location is also excellent, basically in the middle of the city, one block from the main square. Breakfast is included. The bed was comfortable. Lots of advice about local activities, tours etc. Bus ticket booking service too. The house which it's in is this gorgeous old mansion."

"The bed was a bit creaky - I was on the top bunk in a dormitory, and I was conscious that every time I moved it made a creaking noise, and I was concerned that it might disturb the person on the bunk below. The bathroom/shower area is small; it was never an issue for me, but I can imagine that some people might find it a bit awkward. Finally, there is a bar downstairs and a busy road outside. It never disturbed me (the doors seem to shut out a lot of the noise), but perhaps a light sleeper might notice it?"

"I really appreciate the early check-in after arriving from night bus. Most of the staff is very nice and welcoming. And there is a good atmosphere in the hostel. Breakfast is nice too !"

"I had a wonderful time at colors hostel! The location is perfect and the staff was super super friendly. I was able to take privat Spanish lessons at the hostel. I enjoyed my stay a lot and even extended it for one more week! I would definitely come back! thank you again for this great stay!"
