"De kamer waar we sliepen was heel rustig, niet veel geluid. Jaen is een heel rustige straat en ligt heel dicht bij het centrum."

"Wij hadden vaak een rookgeur in de kamer en de badkamer was heel klein…. Het zou handig zijn als er een aparte kamer is met een douche en een aparte met toilet zodat je iets meer ruimte hebt en ook niet moet wachten. Er waren supervriendelijke mensen bij het personeel zoals Jess en de Argentijnse vrijwilliger maar andere personen waren iets minder vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is heel lekker maar je moet letterlijk voor alles bijbetalen (zelfs voor een wolkje melk in je koffie of voor een klein stukje brood meer)."

"Not much of a kitchen if you want to cook and location is good, I felt safe and its within walking distance to the bus station but not many restaurants nearby."

"It's a quaint heritage property. Don't expect a 5 star stay but only the essentials. What takes the cake is the very courteous, considerate and helpful staff. I had misplaced my costly sunglasses, and the staff, especially Jaes and Ruth were extremely helpful in getting them back to me. Thanks a ton!"

"One day, the housekeeping had lacked but otherwise all good. I wish the heritage element is retained, along with desired maintenance and improvements."

"We really liked this hostel. Our room was very cozy and had a lot of sunlight. Breakfast was nice! Staff was also very friendly and helpful. We booked a tour to Pico Austria which we can also recommend."
