Bed & breakfasts in Vanuatu

"De accommodatie ligt middenin de natuur. De hosts zijn heel lief en behulpzaam."

Het bed lag niet optimaal. We voelden de veren er doorheen prikken.

"Great accommodation in “middle of nowhere”. Quiet place with superb rooms, brand new. Fully equipped kitchen available. Proactive and nice receptionist! I wish to stay there more than one night!"

"Het is een moderne, nieuwe locatie. De kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien en er is een restuarant om te eten. In de ochtend krijgen we een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt."

Helaas was het avondeten niet helemaal wat we verwacht hadden, maar uiteindelijk hebben we wel allemaal wat kunnen eten. Dit zal vast in de toekomst verbeteren.

"They upgraded us to a better room in the Dar Alma hotel with a sea view. It was gorgeous, and the breakfast was delicious. One of the best places to stay in Tyre."

The flush in the bathroom didn't work, and they never came to fix it during our stay. Before arriving, they were very insistent in calling and asking for our arrival time, so I would reduce the communication with the staff if possible.

Poderia ter ovos no café da manhã (mexido, frito ou cozido), acho que fez falta isso no café, mas não desabona em nada o excelente custo benefício do hotel.

"The way they treated me is out of my expectations. They understood my situation of flights cancellation, modification and of course my financial changes. I really loved the staff, cleaning, friendly environment, cooking facilities and much more. Suggests everyone to come and enjoy luxurious facilities at low cost. Hats off to Penthouse Hotel."

Their is nothing i can assume to be bad. Everything was above my expectations. Everyone should try it at least. No one will say that they found something bad on this hotel.

Bij aankomst alleen fan op de kamer, maar nog nooit zó snel mijn wensen verhoord: de volgende dag werd er airco in de kamer aangelegd. Het hotel ligt ver weg (maar wel bussen/taxis).

"Erg sfeervol en mooi kleinschalig hotel. Prachtige tuin met zitjes en zwembad, eigen parkeergelegenheid, sfeervol ingericht. Badkamer was ok. Goede stille airco, prima bed wat wel wat krasjes door , ik denk, een soort van plastic hier om het matras. Koffie & thee faciliteiten op de kamer en ook een koelkastje. Prima ontbijt was inclusief."

"Very helpful, kind and pleasant staff. You can order lunch, dinner and even laundry service. Not luxurious, but good enough considering what I paid"

"The owner, Pierce was very friendly as were the other workers here. Location was excellent as it was close to shops, restaurants and you can even walk to the ferry terminal. Included breakfast was good enough. Great views from the hotel. Good value for an expensive destination like St Thomas."

I had a shared bathroom but it seems like everyone was using it, not just the guests who were designated that bathroom. The walls are really thin and you can hear everything that people do in their rooms...

"Zeer gezellig kamertje. Hoewel die niet al te groot was, voelde het zeker niet te krap voor twee vrienden. Badkamer was schoon en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt in een badkamer. De verlichting was knus."

"Nette en comfortabele kamers. Vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam personeel. Kamers dagelijks gepoetst. Dicht bij bushalte gelegen,: vlotte verbinding met metro, zoo, botanische tuin, centrum van Praag, ..."

Matras kon beter. Jammer genoeg geen airco op de kamer, op de bovenste verdieping wordt het tijdens een hitteperiode erg warm.

As a grown up solo traveller, who is oftentimes ready to accept challenging environments, I cannot make any critical remarks. Right now due to the russian full scale invasion, hospitality businesses all over Ukraine are struggling for survival, which makes critical remarks even more misplaced. The bottom line is – I liked the property.

Un poco retirado del centro de Petra. Pero en 30 Minutos caminando se hacía.

"Eigenaar en personeel zijn top. Ze hebben er voor gezorgd dat wij een geslaagde vakantie beleefd hebben! Het eten was super lekker! Turkije op zijn best! Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!"

"We hebben gezien dat deze mensen met heel veel passie deze camping & glamping runnen. Alles wat tip top in orde! De gastvrouw des huize heeft een moestuin voor kruiden. Daar maakt ze zeer lekkere confituren en siropen van. De gastheer raadde ons 2 wandelingen aan! Die we ook allebei gedaan hebben. Eentje is om de omgeving te verkennen en lokale boeren te steunen die zeer lekkere kazen maken. Ook is er in de omgeving een traverin groeve, zeker de moeite waard! De andere wandeling was een zwaardere wandeling, de bergen in met zeer mooi uitzicht! Drie nachten in de boomhut was zalig. Het gaf me zelfs een nostalgisch gevoel. Zoals vroeger, naar de boomhut om te slapen, eten en ontspannen. Als we in de toekomst in de buurt zijn, komen we zeker terug!"

"I have visited many hotels and villas and I must say this was the most cleanest place I have ever been! The hoast was very warm and welcoming, the room was very clean and warm. I will deffinitely say that it is well located and very close to the sea."

"Vrij in de natuur met uitzicht over het koude land. Parkeren voor je studio. Dichtbij Vik en de zwarte stranden. Koffiepads en thee aanwezig."

Geen magnetron of oventje. Wel een grote afwasmachine. Geen TV.
