Not a smooth drive to the location but currently improving

"Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans ce bel appartement. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et très gentils et la communication avec Mme Gisela était excellente. L'appartement était très joli, tout propre, tout neuf et très bien équipé."

Rien, tout était parfait.

"Het is een mooi aangelegd, rustig park. De huisjes zijn comfortabel en hebben alles wat je nodig hebt. Het zwembad is fijn en overzichtelijk. Dit geldt voor t hele park dus ideaal voor jonge gezinnen. Ontbijt en dinner was inclusief en van prima kwaliteit."

Het park is nu zeven jaar oud. Er is her en der wat onderhoud nodig dat zie je zo nu en dan.

"The host was super nice, she even helped me out to find locations in the city, the house was very clean, quiet and comfy. I would totally recommend it to everyone, i also want to mention that the house is historical. Would totally come back❤️❤️"

"Loved our host. Went above and beyond for us. She was great with our kids. Helped with a hire car and even dropped around some food."

Very minor but would be nice to have hot water from the tap in the sink to wash dishes. We could get hot water from the shower or put the kettle on to do dishes with.

quite a distance from city (we had a hire car, so no big issue for us)

Breakfast was poor, can improve quality

Steep, winding road up from town. Car access only, almost impossible to walk.

"Gedateerde meubels maar alles werkte prima. Heerlijk huis, wij miste niets."

Jammer dat er geen tuin bij zit, maar als je veel weg bent mis je het weinig

"Very cosy apartment in a quiet location. Well-equipped kitchenette Easy parking in the nearby street Shops are available within a few minutes drive time."

There is only one power socket in the sleeping room, and it does not work (well) as the holes are too loose to uphold any charging device. A multi-socket cable connected to a repaired socket would be appreciated. In the kitchenette, there is some coffee and tea provided, much appreciated. Oddly, there is no sugar but salt. Sugar would be more useful than salt.

"What a great surprise this find is, staying with a local community and eating the traditional food ,only 25mins walk to a private beach and 10min walk to the ash fields . Here the rumble of the mountain like its a distant thunder storm. The kids will show you around with great enthusiasm. And all being close to the volcano and hot springs and the hosts will arrange any other activities and transports needed , This is the real deal don't miss out . Ps look after Max well we will return ."

Genuine village stay

"De locatie is super. Het appartement is heel schoon. Daarnaast was de host zeer gastvrij en aardig. Hij geeft je tips en beantwoordt je vragen erg snel. Hij helpt je ontzettend goed en je ziet waarlijk dat hij het met alle liefde en plezier doet. Een dikke 10!"

Took a little time for hot water from gas heater into shower.

"We zijn ontzettend vriendelijk behandeld door deze meneer. Heerlijk eten, ontbijtje en hij heeft ons rondgeleid bij de grotwoningen. Dank je wel"

"Nice room with en-suite bathroom and kitchenette connected to main house but separate entrance. Good option if you want to surf Playa Colorados - 15 min walk or less by bicycle. The host Eric is friendly and hospitable."

"The unit was very very clean. We were close to the beach. Walking distance. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella were available. There was a beach bar right on the beach that we ate at. We did not rent a car. We used M&M taxi while we were there. Awesome service. We also ate at Miss B. Another spot on the beach front. We enjoyed our time. Thank you. We were a party of three. Wifi was able to handle all your streaming needs."

No complaints. All was well.

"The two hosts of the Appartement Hotel are very accommodating and helpful! The location is great, the roof terrace wonderful. We didn't get the apartment which first booked, but two at no extra charge. At first I was skeptical about the change, but the two hosts communicated this honestly and transparently."

We had two apartments, one was quiet, the other had the windows on the side with various bars, this was a bit noisy. It should be noted that this is a busy old and nice town area.

"They humility of the staff the care and being considerate was outstanding. I believe me and my family have made lasting friendship with staff."

"Mooie, grote en schone woning. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Heerlijke veranda met een fris windje, dus geen muskieten. In Paradise rondgevraagd of iemand een bootje had om naar Bigi Pan te varen en dat is gelukt. We hebben een prachtige boottocht gemaakt van ong. 3 uur."

Niks eigenlijk. Er was een avond een feestje bij de buren met muziek, maar daar kan de eigenaar niks aan doen.

"Mooi schoon app. Met prachtig terras en uitzicht op haven. Dichtbij klein strandje, prima. Uiteindelijk zijn we naar Goverments Beach gegaan 15 min rijden. Heel mooi. Airco erg goed."

Dorpje beetje saai. Paar restaurants. Wilde 1x zelf simpel koken was er maar 1 pan en een kleine koekenpan. Lastig. Bed erg klein jammer. En de slaapkamer was niet goed te verduisteren waardoor ik vroeg wakker wordt.

"It was so clean!!!! Perfect. We booked in the evening, in the last minute, but host was fast and sent to us all details."
