Appartementen in Ethiopië

"Zeer lieve mensen. De gastheer spreekt Engels. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. We kregen nog een muzikaal afscheid door de zoon (op komuz). Het guesthouse ligt een beetje afgelegen maar is desalniettemin op een boogscheut van het nationale park Ala Archa."

"Das Haus war sehr schön dekoriert, voll ausgestattet, sauber. Preis war top für die ganze Ausstattung. Eine Wäscherei war vor Ort vorhanden. Der Check-in lief reibungslos."

Nach der Bitumen mußten wir ungefähr 500m in einer nicht bitumierte Straße. Leider sind nicht alle Straßen in Yaoundé mit Bitumen

"Bed was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom amenities were clean, everything was like freshly painted, smelled very clean."

De verschillende eigenaar ( ik denk een groot gezin) zijn moeilijk te vinden... dus geen permanente receptie. Na een 5 dagen verblijf wist de eigenares nog steeds niet wat te vertellen. Zelfs vertrokken zonder enige dankbaarheid te tonen... maar dit doet niet af aan de prijs/ kwaliteit aanbieding.

"The unit was very very clean. We were close to the beach. Walking distance. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella were available. There was a beach bar right on the beach that we ate at. We did not rent a car. We used M&M taxi while we were there. Awesome service. We also ate at Miss B. Another spot on the beach front. We enjoyed our time. Thank you. We were a party of three. Wifi was able to handle all your streaming needs."

"Het is een mooi aangelegd, rustig park. De huisjes zijn comfortabel en hebben alles wat je nodig hebt. Het zwembad is fijn en overzichtelijk. Dit geldt voor t hele park dus ideaal voor jonge gezinnen. Ontbijt en dinner was inclusief en van prima kwaliteit."

Het park is nu zeven jaar oud. Er is her en der wat onderhoud nodig dat zie je zo nu en dan.

"De locatie is super. Het appartement is heel schoon. Daarnaast was de host zeer gastvrij en aardig. Hij geeft je tips en beantwoordt je vragen erg snel. Hij helpt je ontzettend goed en je ziet waarlijk dat hij het met alle liefde en plezier doet. Een dikke 10!"

Missed an on-site restaurant and had to drive almost six kms away for decent breakfast. The Wifi could be better. The approach road is accessible only by a off roader 4x4.

"Close 5 min drive to beautiful beach and a nice restaurant. Nice drive from main road and calm area. Large rooms and good setup"

No good option to walk to beach as main road is busy and no bike lane. Small windows don’t let one feel/see the nice area/surrounding.

Manque un peu de lumière naturelle à l'intérieur de l'appartement

"Het is schoon, netjes en ruim. Gewoon een fijne plek om even te verblijven en te werken. Er is wat rijst, brood, water, eieren en tonijn beschikbaar voor de eerste behoefte. Dit was echt fijn aangezien we laat op de dag aankwamen. Het is ook erg rustig in de nacht. Alice (en ook Zima) zijn oprecht heel erg aardig en helpen je met alles. Een echte aanrader."

De prijs is best wel hoog. Maar er zijn ook niet veel alternatieven in Honiara waar je dit krijgt en zelfvoorzienend bent. Als je in het centrum wilt zijn is het wel wat ver weg. Maar je kan naar de bushalte lopen of een taxi regelen. Voor ons geen probleem.
