"Dit is een prachtig stijlvol huisje op een super fijne en centrale plek in Harare. Door de tuin en privacy is het een hele fijne plek om tot rust te komen. De eigenaren Irene en Murray waren erg gastvrij en behulpzaam. Ze deelden goede (culturele) tips en ervaringen met ons. De buitendouche was super en de faciliteiten waren precies goed. We zouden het zeker aanraden!"

"Schattige cottage, op een goede en rustige locatie. Vooral de vele ramen en de binnenpatio met buitendouche was erg leuk gemaakt. De eigenaren waren vriendelijk en geinteresseerd. Het was een hele fijne plek om te verblijven. Zeker aanbevolen."

"Er is een groot stroomprobleem in Harare waardoor er alleen in de nacht tussen 12 en 5 stroom is. Hier kunnen de eigenaren overigens niets aan doen. Er is 1 stopcontact dat evengoed werkt voor verlichting e.d. dus dat is fijn. Maar het probleem is dat als er geen stroom is er ook geen water is. En dat maakt het wel ongemakkelijk. De eigenaren zetten de generator aan als je wilt douchen, maar aangezien het een structureel probleem is zouden extra jerrycans met water in de keuken en wc wel zo prettig zijn in het dagelijks gebruik."

"Beautiful cottage in Harare. The cottage is nestled in a beautiful garden and has a small terrace. The house is very cosy and tastefully furnished, with a small kitchenette and a very nice indoor/outdoor bathroom/shower. Wonderful, kind and helpful, well-respected and cosmopolitan hosts with lots of tips for Harare and Zimbabwe. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I look forward to my return visit"

"The cottage is quite rustic with a brilliant huge tree growing out of the outside shower. Architectural genius. Fantastic collection of really progressive literature from politics to novels. The garden is charming.The breakfast was healthy but basic continental with fresh fruit and yoghurt and cereal. Bed was comfortable and kitchen facilities helpful for self catering"

"Think the bedding needs to shelve the blankets in favour of washable duvets after the cold winter season. Wifi a little slow"
