Sunset Residence ligt op 300 meter van de oevers van de Atlantische Oceaan, op loopafstand van een leuk plein met een gastronomische tafel en een Woolworths supermarkt. Het centrum van Kaapstad met zijn eetgevestigdheid en winkels ligt op slechts 20 minuten rijden. De accommodatie bestaat uit 2 villa's, waarvan 1 met 3 aparte ingangsappartementen en de andere met 5 aparte ingangsappartementen. Alle accommodaties beschikken over een volledig uitgeruste keuken en toegang tot een buitenbuitenzwembad. De receptie is 24 uur per dag geopend en biedt versneld in- en uitchecken. WiFi is gratis beschikbaar. U kunt voordeel trekken uit watersporten op het naburige Sunset Beach, zoals kitesurfen en windsurfen. De golfbaan Milnerton ligt op slechts 1 km afstand. De residentie heeft een generator en heeft geen last van het lossen.

The location is nice, safe, and quiet, perfect for a calm stay. Although if one is travelling for work/business/conference in the city centre, then the location may be farther than expected and one should be prepared for the traffic."

Also walking distance to local transport into Cape Town. Walking distance to one of the most beautiful breaches overlooking Table Mountain!"

"I had an amazing time at sunset residence, the apartment had everything I could possibly need whilst staying there. The owner and staff where very helpful and eager to assist at any given time. I would definitely recommend this place it's very good value for money and I promise you won't regret booking here!"
